Shepherds Cottage is a beautifully styled detached cottage nestled on the banks of the River Barle in Dulverton, Somerset. Hosting three bedrooms: one ground-floor twin and two first-floor king-sizes the property sleeps a total of six guests. It has a two bathrooms, as well as a sitting room with a woodburning stove, kitchen and conservatory dining room. Outside is a lawn garden with patio, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Shepherds Cottage is a wonderful choice for a rural break to Somerset

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc in rent. Linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Two well behaved dogs accepted, sorry no smoking. Off road parking for three cars. Garden with lawn and patio with furniture and BBQ. Shop, Pub and Restaurants 0.4 mile.

Exmoor has been designated as a Dark Sky Reserve, where the light pollution is low and plenty of stargazing can be done. Wimblewall is also a premier trout fishing location, and provides tuition in numerous water sports, including sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. Further afield the North Somerset coastline has sandy beaches at Minehead, picturesque harbours and plenty of wild walking around Porlock Weir.
