The house has been recently refurbished and offers bright and airy living space downstairs with one king bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom upstairs. The kitchen opens up onto the conservatory dining room, with lovely views across the field, and the sitting room is tastefully decorated with plenty of cosy seating. This home offers the perfect getaway for your family.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves, with allocated parking for up to two cars. There is a bus stop on the road outside the house which will take you into Chichester, from where you can hop on a train to London. Brighton, Portsmouth or Southampton.

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys, and a fee of £50 for a call out if you are locked out.

Small, well-behaved pets are welcome to join you for an additional £30 per pet per stay when requested upon booking – the host asks that you do not let them on furniture or leave them home alone
