Just down your apartment you will find various coffee places, restaurants and bars to spend all your free time! And if that is not enough, you are just a stone’s throw away from the amazing food market of Sant Antoni!

It is located in the Raval Neighborhood, right next to the Sant Antoni Traditional Market. It is surrounded by many trendy bars and restaurants, which you can all reach in less than 10 minutes walking.
This area is known for its livelihood and cool bars.

Transportation:
We highly recommend moving around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfectly!
If you do decide to come by car, you can find a parking down the Sant Antoni Market.
Nearest Metro station: Sant Antoni, 220 meters away
Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16.5 kilometers away, about 25 minutes from the flat by car. Use the AeroBus for best convenience.
Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 3.5 kilometers from the building
Nearest Ferry: Barcelona's Port at 3 Kilometers.
If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to advise before or while making the reservation. Depending on the variation it implies, it may be charged separately (15€/set).
There is a mandatory tourist tax of 4,95€/person/night and a municipal surcharge of 4,40€/person/night which is to be paid upon arrival, as it is not included in the rate. It has to be paid directly to the rental agency.
Smoking, group dinners, parties and noise after 9pm are absolutely prohibited. Police fine goes between € 200 and € 600 and are paid at the moment.
People under the age of 25 are not allowed in the property unless they come with their elders.
There is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it.
There is a damage deposit of €400 (credit card authorisation) to be paid upon arrival. For stays under 7 days, it is released automatically up to 7 days after your depature (if the apartment is left in good conditions). This is not applicable for reservations via Airbnb.
This is an in-person check-in, you will coordinate with an agent to enter the property.
Check in time is from 15h to 20h.
When checking in later, note that there is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive a PreCheck-in Form that requires you to fill out your passport, contact and arrival details. It is essential that you indicate the estimated time of your arrival in here.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL: to make sure that we are able to meet you on time at the apartment, it is necessary that you call us at least 30-40 minutes before arriving to the apartment on the check-in agent's phone number indicated in the Guest Portal (using the link of the PreCheck-in Form). If you do not call us on time, you might need to wait for the check-in agent.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR CHECK-OUT: Turn all lights and electric devices off. Do the dishes, take out the rubbish, and leave the keys on the main table before exiting the apartment.
