The apartment was beautifully clean, extremely well equipped & comfortably furnished. Just opposite the beautiful Mundersley beach and the dog friendly end of this beach.
A lovely homely apartment with absolutely everything you could possibly need.
Brilliant location just two minutes from the beach or cliff top walks.
Would certainly stay again, thank you
A really lovely property. John & Debbie have thought of everything to ensure a relaxing & easy stay. It is a perfect retreat to do nothing but enjoy the peace & sea air or a good base for visiting further afield. We loved it .
The property has all you need for a family break away to keep you warm, comfortable and relaxed. Loads of space inside (when the sun is in) and out on the patio. Beach is about a 2 minute walk away allowing for some great views and walks. Village, pub and shops a short walk away. Overall a great place to base yourself for some time away in Norfolk.
Very well equipped and perfect position. We were welcomed by very professional and friendly owner. The property looked even better in real life. My husband and I loved the en-suite and cosy bed. My adult daughters loved how we were so near the beach and the array of games/jigsaws, My dog loved the secure outdoor space. We hope to return again yearly
Tastefully furnished, comfortable and well-equipped apartment conveniently situated within yards of the cliff top and short walking distance to two pubs serving good food and beer. Onsite parking much appreciated. Delightful small seaside village.
We were welcomed by the owner, John who showed us around and explained how things work. The apartment and courtyard garden were spotless!! John also baked us a beautiful chocolate cake!! The beach is only 2 minutes walk away and with the beautiful weather we experienced was so enjoyable, our dog really enjoyed digging and jumping in the sea!! Mundesley locals are really friendly and I thoroughly recommend the local butchers and greengrocers in the village as the quality was top class and the staff so welcoming!! There is also plenty of choices for eating out. We had a lovely meal in the Poachers Pocket in Bacton, just 3.5 miles away. The Ship has lovely beer and offers a beautiful view of the beach and sea !! I’m sure we’ll be visiting again!!

Lovely, comfortable property
We stayed for a week at Sea Sounds at the beginning of September. The property is in lovely condition, very spacious and warm. Everything was perfect - large tv, a lovely patio to sit out on and a lovely chocolate cake and other essentials to welcome us. John was also there to welcome us and on hand had we needed him during the week. If in the area again, we would definitely return to Sea Sounds. Thank you for a lovely holiday x

Real home from home, comfortable and cozy
We stayed in April for 1 week, with our dogs and mum in law, we were welcomed by the owners with a lovely cake. The apartment was very well set up, and you would not know that this was a dog friendly property. Kitchen equipment was brilliant it felt like being at home. Warm, beautifully decorated, with lots of little details we kept discovering. Perfectly placed for dog walking on the beach. The owners were fabulous at communicating and very accommodating for our changing requirements. The apartment is flat, so ideal for those with elderly guests, with a beautiful and private courtyard garden, which was a delight to sit out in. Shower room and bathroom were lovely, hot water and all consumables supplied on arrival with a just replace what you use. Mundesley has a number of small restaurants and a lovely place to walk the dogs. We used the week to visit all, and there are a large number, of national trust properties, all set up with beautiful woodland walks and of course cakes, soups and beautiful houses.

Wonderful apartment, great location & a warm welcome
We enjoyed a 3 night stay, and would have loved to stay longer. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and had everything we could possibly have wanted, including a chocolate cake to enjoy when we arrived.
Please don't all rush here as we want to be able to book it again whenever we want it!!

Home from home.
Tastefully decorated and very comfortable apartment. Four of us stayed for a week in January and although the weather outside was cold we were very snug and warm inside after our days out. The Kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and there are good local pubs with food within walking distance. The village of Mundesley has a post office a butcher and delicatessen amongst other shops and there are a good selection of cafes for light meals, coffee and cakes. Easy distance to Cromer, Holt, Blakeney and Sheringham for visiting.
The host John kindly greeted us when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed for our holiday and there was tea and coffee, delicious chocolate cake ready for us to enjoy.

Lovely stay in Mundesley
We really enjoyed visiting Mundesley and it was a great location for exploring the north Norfolk coast. The cottage was positioned very close to the sea and had everything we could wish for, with a great kitchen and a nice layout. It was close to pubs and restaurants and we had a very warm welcome from John, the owner. It was lovely and peaceful and a very cosy environment. I would give it 4.5 if I could, dropping the 0.5 because some of the seating is loosing a bit of it's umph, so we made use of the available cushions to plump them up a bit.

Fantastic property and location!
Just back from a fabulous week at Sea Sounds with friends, dogs and family. All you could ever want from a home away from home with fantastic amenities.
Chocolate cake and provisions on arrival, great property, well equipped, two bathrooms most welcome, great wifi, board games, books, maps of local walks, recommendations for restaurants and days out, amazing location about two minutes from a blue flag beach, brilliant for dogs.
Would highly recommend to friends, couples, families, anyone!
Thanks John and Debbie, we hope to book again!

An absolute Gem
We spent nine great days in sea sounds, the apartment is fantastic, a home from home. All of the little things you take for granted at home are there even milk and a cake for a drink as soon as we arrived. It is ideally situated for exploring Nolfolk with a wonderfull beach right on the doorstep which was just right for long walks with Bella my dog.
I cannot think of one thing that I would change in the apartment and will be booking again in the near future
