This charming apartment is located on the second floor, consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and has just been renovated in 2021 with a new kitchen. Bathroom, sofa bed and furniture. Located in the sought-after Pueblo Evita community, this is the perfect place to stay and enjoy your holidays.

Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as restaurant/bars, children's club and evening entertainment.

The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian village-style and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious dining terrace with southwest orientation and sun until the afternoon.

Additionally, it benefits from a variety of restaurants/shops, tennis club and the best beach (Santa María) just a 15-minute walk away.

The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the city centre of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short drive away. Those vacationing in Benalmádena are likely to repeat bookings in this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting as there is no lift in Pueblo Evita, the apartment benefits from being on the first floor, but having a spectacular open view of the mountain and sea.
