See the USS North Carolina, stroll down historic waterfront, visit several museums including historic homes, take horse drawn carriages around the historic district. Tour the motion picture studio and the motion pictue museum. Additionally, downtown restaurants, bars, coffee shops and diners.
Your home base at the Island House North has two bedrooms with one king bed and one with a queen size bed and two bath rooms, great ocean view from porch for relaxing time overlooking the pool. The rear porch for fantastic sunset views overlooking the tidal marsh sipping wine, relaxing drink or cold beer. Spacious living and dining area ocean views, sofa with pull out queen sleeper. Flat screen TV, 175 cable channels, DVD player, CD player and WiFi. In the event of some stormy weather we have included some games!

Perfect stay and location

Super clean property! Convenient to the beach which felt like it was only a few steps away! Kitchen had any and everything we needed and beach towels galore! We will definitely book again!

I loved it!!! The condo was beautiful!

I absolutely loved our stay. We plan on coming back. The condo had so many nice features like two balconies and a lovely kitchen. The beach was very close and very relaxing. I can’t emphasize how much we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Getaway

This condo was a great getaway location for a long weekend. Location is wonderful! Close to the beach and not far from downtown Wilmington. Grocery stores nearby and a cute local fishing pier. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The porch with ocean views was the spot to be and the host was great with communication! I would highly recommend this property for family and friends.

Perfect getaway

Great location for low key beach stay. Easy walk to beach and tiki bar. Condo is cutely decorated and furniture/appliances/kitchen ware is high quality. Parking is tight but it did not pose a problem. Tried hard to keep sand outside where it belonged!

Has a lot of personal touch’s!

The condo was organized very well, the kitchen was well equipped ( dishes, pots, pans, potato chip bag clips)the list go on and on. Lots of towels and bed linens. All we needed to bring was food and drinks. Would definitely recommend for a great time.

Amazing vacation home with even better customer service!

Even before we arrived Tom was super accommodating as we requested and were granted early check in to the condo. The condo was very clean and the decor was adorable. Everything we could think of needing was already there waiting for us- including beach towels, beach games, and board games. When we arrived we had questions about parking and Tom responded immediately! Everything was outstanding and we can’t wait to go back again :)

Nicely updated and close to the beach

My family with two small children stayed here in June 2018. We liked the condo's updated decor, well equipped kitchen, and super clean appearance. Tom provided an awesome welcome gift, as well as beach towels to use during our stay. The beach was only a block away but we spent more time at the pool, which was right below our deck. Speaking of the deck, it had a nice view of the ocean and plenty of seating. I would recommend staying there to anyone, and would return if we go back to Carolina Beach.

Excellent Stay

I have vacationed at several condos at this location and this was the BEST of all! The condo was beautiful, clean and exceeded our expectations. We have a family of five and the condo provided ample space for all of us including two teenage girls! The property owners have thought of everything vacationers will need for staying at their condo...beach towels, ample bed and bed linens and a perfectly stocked kitchen. Tom, the property manager, made everything so easy from booking to arrival and even checked with us upon arrival to make sure all things were to our satisfaction. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Super clean and comfy beach condo!

Our family of six had a wonderful weekend in this clean and comfy condo. It had everything we could possibly need! The extra beach towels are a huge plus! The balcony with the swing and rocking chairs was very relaxing. It is close to the pier for fishing and easy beach access. Parking is a tight squeeze like mentioned in other reviews but once figured out, it is easily forgotten. The owners are super easy to communicate with for any questions or concerns. Our welcome gift was a delightful treat and we look forward to renting here again.

Beautiful condo, good location

This condo is gorgeous. Clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. Short walk to beach. Parking is narrow and tricky. You may need to have someone stand out and help you. We also had an issue with water leaking in the sliding glass door during a rain storm. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

I totally loved the condo. Well equipped Beautifully decorated A view of beach 👌🏼 A view of sunset 👌🏼 The hall and steps need attention I actually caught the Rip with my sandal and went down on my bum 😩 I’ve got bruises to prove it Please address that someone else may not handle it as nicely. Also we left our echo dot on tv stand 😤 My brother is still in town and can pick up today lmk if that code is still good. Thanks Again Tom and God Bless
