Bellissimo

Bellissimo. tutto è come nelle foto, ancora più bello. Eravamo con amici (due famiglie) e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Tutto è ordinato e pulito. Maurizio è un anfitrione eccezionale. L'alloggio è altamente raccomandato. Srdjan Derimanović

Villa Belvedere di nome e di fatto!

Soggiorno ideale. Splendida villa, più bella che dalle foto. Siamo stati benissimo, grande giardino e vista panoramica sul mare. Spaziosa e ben accessoriata, molto pulita. Proprietario e gestore molto disponibili e gentili, tutto perfetto, Grazie

Villa Belvedere incantevole ma

La proprietà è bellissima e molto comoda, la posizione anche, vicina a tutte le spiagge. Unica pecca la gestione affidata a persone inesperte .Il check in è stato pessimo le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa inesatte e frettolose. Non abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo nemmeno un sapone per lavarci le mani o igenizzante e data la situazione che viviamo da 2 anni a queta parte sarebbe stato preferibile. La biancheria è su richiesta riporta nell'annuncio ma non viene indicato il costo di 20 € a persona saputo soltanto il giorno prima della partenza. Sempre nell'annuncio riporta che la casa è climatizzata , confermata telefonicamente dal gestore della casa che non è il proprietario su esplicita richiesta da parte nostra dato che in foto non si vedevano i climatizzatori, mentre scopriamo che esiste un solo condizionatore in tutta la villa al piano superiore sul corridoio e non nelle camere da letto e date le temperature non proprio basse al piano di sopra si stava peggio rispetto a sotto. In generale il soggiorno è stato piacevole la casa dispone di molti spazi all'aperto e di una vista incantevole. Peccato le comunicazioni sia di persona che sull'annuncio che andrebbero riviste e le procedure di check in e check out da affidare a personale piu' esperto e attento alle esigenze dei turisti.

Villa in collina con vista sul mare, pace e relax.

La casa rispecchia completamente la descrizione. Il giardino è grande e curato e la vista come la posizione rispetto al paese e al mare è splendida (a meno di 5 min di auto dalle spiagge). La casa è spaziosa e accessoriata e garantisce relax e tranquillità. Inoltre c’è sempre una brezza che rinfresca gli ambienti anche nei giorni più caldi. Se non si vuole andare al mare, si può tranquillamente godere del giardino. Sia Maurizio che il proprietario sono stati sempre più che disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza e a consigliarci ristoranti e attività culturali. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa villa.

Beautiful house and gardens.

The House was spacious and the patios were stunning overlooking the sea. Property is large and full of fruit trees. Torre Pali cute village and beaches easily assessable from the house by walking or car.
