Situated near the village of Murs this wonderful villa welcomes you when you arrive with a covered summer salon room with comfortable seating, plenty of reading material and the ideal place for lazy summer days. Here you will also find a Weber gas BBQ for alfresco cooking.
-Inside-
When you walk through the doors into the light and area open plan living room, diner and kitchen your eyes are immediately drawn out to the spectacular view.
Stepping out onto the balcony that runs the length of the house you are captivated by the unbroken landscape below you. On the balcony there are chairs and a round table for eating outside.
Back inside there is plenty of lounge space and seating options to choose from taking in the views of course.
The wrap-around full kitchen has everything you need for your stay and is designed to make serving easy to the dining area placed in front of it.
The dining area seats six easily and of course you can take in the view whilst you dine. There is also a utility room that houses the washing machine.
-Bedrooms-
Descending down to the bedroom level you will find a corridor that accesses the three bedrooms all of which face the view. Another house-long balcony links all the bedrooms and runs down to the pool area.
Bedroom 1: 160cm double bed or 2 x 80cm singles. Views to the left of the house and to the front with terrace and seating area. Desk and chair, and a storage wall for clothes.

-Outside- The house is on a hillside overlooking the valley. The entrance has a covered outside lounge area and at this level you will be able to find plenty of parking some of it shaded by the trees.
There are two balconies on each level of the house, the lower one leads to the pool area, which has two sun loungers and a pool of 5x3 metres overlooking the view.
The surrounding hillside garden is left to be natural and can be explored by adventurous children and adults alike.
The beautiful medieval village of Murs with its restaurant and general store is about 5-10 minutes easy walk on the flat from the house.
N.B. The balcony is not suitable for small children.
