Very quiet apartment on two levels. Spacious living room with two sofas and view on the front court, dining room, kitchenette complete with appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster). Floor in terracotta tiles and typical wood beam ceiling. Utility room with washing machine and microwave. Easy stairs with around 15 steps to get to the second floor. One bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with double bed and the possibility to set another single bed. Bathroom with spacious shower.
The apartment is accessible through a large private court with a tiny relax corner.
The apartment really don't need AC because it is cool even during the Summer hottest days. It has big walls so the heat is kept outside.

HISTORICAL NOTE
The apartment is situated inside the Sapiti’s Tower dated back to the 14th century. The Tower was part of a medieval village with tower houses that wasn’t bombed during the Second World War. This building belonged to the convent with the Romanesque church of San Jacopo Soprarno which gave name to the village.
In the court there is a chimney that was used by the convent.

Please note that as the accommodation is not a hotel we kindly ask you to arrange an appointment with Cecilia or Isabella for your check-in.
Once you've made an appointment, if you arrive more than 1 hour late without informing, you'll have to pay 25 € supplement.
Check-out from 8.30am to 10am.
For check-ins and check-outs on special days (December 25th and 26th, January 1st, Easter, August 15th) there is a 40€ supplement.
PAPERWORK AND LOCAL TAXES
At check-in, guests will be asked for their documents for notification to the authorities as required by Italian law.
Also required is payment of €6.00 per person per night (up to 7 nights and for those starting from 12 years old) which is paid to the Commune of Florence. Those who are attending relatives in hospital are excluded from the payment.
CAR ACCESS: The apartment is situated in the ZTL zone, accessible by car only by booking with ZTL garage
Complete care of the furniture, respect for others living nearby and punctuality are essential
Please don’t put wet objects on the furniture
The consumptions of electricity, AC, gas and heating are included but we kindly ask you to pay attention to their consumption otherwise there could be an extra fee to be paid at your check-out
There is an extra cleaning fee of €50 if the apartment is left very dirty and with rubbish/garbage
If you lose the keys you will have to pay 20 € for each new set
No smoking inside the apartment
No parties or events
Pets are not allowed
Host can cancel the reservation and hold a deposit if the rules are not respected
Silence from 10pm to 8am
For any intervention for issues not caused by a malfunction of the property there will be a 30€ extra fee for the first hour, then 20€ each hour. From 19.30 to 22.30 there will be a 50€ extra fee for the first hour, then 30€ each hour.
