Providing ideal accommodation for a family of eight people, this four bedroomed bungalow has breath-taking sea views, a spacious garden and a hot tub, and is situated just a 10 minute walk from Polzeath beach.
Amenities: Oil-fired heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine. 3 x TVs, DVD player, sound system, stereo, WiFi, selection of books and board games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private parking on driveway. Well-maintained tiered garden with decking, sea views and an outside shower. Hot Tub (Must be ordered at least 7 days prior to arrival at a cost of £300). Dogs are allowed with a suppliment of £35 per dog but no smoking. Shop and pub < 1 mile. Beach < 1 mile. If you would like the hot tub set up for, please contact Sykes Cottages/John Bray Cornish Holidays at least 7 days before your booking to arrange, this costs £300 to set up and it is to be used at guests own risk. The water for the hot tub is completely changed every changeover, so the hot tub will take at least 24 hours to get to full temperature, water samples are collected for regulatory testing on the second Tuesday of every month between the hours of 10am and 2pm
Town: The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.

Family bathroom with bath, shower (over), basin and WC. Family shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Utility room with a wet room area including walk-in shower and separate basin and WC. Open-plan living area including kitchen, dining and sitting room with bi-folding doors onto the decking and garden.
