Casa Michela is a pretty and welcoming terraced house renovated in 2013, completely free on one side and independent SEA VIEW at 200m. from the delightful 'Is Cannisonis' cove, very suitable for children and at 2min. drive from the center with all services and 4min. from the beach with its splendid golden sand dunes and the 3km of beach served by kiosks and establishments. Casa Michela is located on the first independent floor with a courtyard on two sides and a private panoramic terrace equipped with a wooden pergola, table and 2 benches. Balcony with sea view. Tree-lined and illuminated. Barbecue, water reserve, cold outdoor shower, fountain, private parking space on the ground floor in front of the house. CHILDREN AREA with many games (house, slide, swing and many toys). Composed of living room-kitchen with bay window overlooking the sea (with double sofa bed); double bedroom and bathroom. Mosquito nets. ALL NEW appliances: TV, 5kg washing machine, microwave, fridge + freezer, 4-burner gas cooker + oven, radio, toaster, air conditioning (10 euros per day extra). Toys for the beach, hairdryer, iron.

Casa Michela: Un posto dove tornare
Io e mia moglie siamo tornati per la seconda volta a Casa Michela, dopo due anni, a cavallo tra agosto e settembre e devo dire che lo stupore e l'incanto che ci hanno colpito è stato pari a quello del nostro primo soggiorno. L'appartamento è essenziale ma carino e dotato di ogni confort (microonde e lavatrice non si trovano ovunque, qui si). E poi c'è una terrazza che da sola vale il prezzo dell'appartamento. La consigliamo veramente anche per i dintorni suggestivi ed al di fuori degli stereotipi che si hanno della Sardegna. La vera Sardegna è in questi luoghi.

Luogo fantastico per mare e relax
Luogo fantastico per chi ama il mare e il relax, infatti la villetta ben arredata e munita di tutti i comfort è immersa nel villaggio di Torre dei Corsari in zona molto tranquilla dove è possibile apprezzare il silenzio e la tranquillità oltre che alla bellissima vista panoramica e all'aria incontaminata. Ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del mare e del relax. A pochi minuti a piedi una caletta molto tranquilla adatta anche ai bambini e a circa un km o due lo Spiaggione con stabilimento balneare bar, ristorazione, giochi etc. Nei paraggi come in tutta la Sardegna spiagge molto belle come Polto Palma, Funtanazza e Piscinas. Nel villaggio i negozi dispongono di tutto ciò che occorre. I proprietari della casa sono gentilissimi, disponibilissimi e estremamente corretti. Non a caso siamo abbiamo ripetuto la vacanza per la seconda volta ed è nostra intenzione ripeterla ancora.

cortesia e funzionalità
questo è il secondo anno che alloggiamo presso casa Michela e siamo tornati oltre che per la spiaggia (una vera meraviglia della natura) sopratutto per la cortesia dei proprietari che fa si che ci si senta a casa propria. la casa è dotata di tutto ciò che serve per vivere al meglio le proprie vacanze è in una bellissima posizione e vicinissima ad una caletta molto particolare. Sicuramente torneremo a trascorrere le vacanze li anche il prossimo anno....caldamente consigliata

Renovierungsbedürftiges Häuschen mit Traumblick
Das kleine Ferienhaus in Torre dei Corsari ist wunderschön am Hang mit Meerblick gelegen. Es ist sehr klein und ich würde sagen für max. 2 Personen gut geeignet. Das Haus ist definitiv renovierungsbedürftig, bei uns funktionierten einige Lampen nicht, die Duschkabine viel fast auseinander. Die Warmwasserversorgung läuft über einen 10 Liter Boiler, so dass höchstens 1 Person knapp 5 Minuten duschen kann. Die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich, allerdings ein Sammelsurium von Töpfen und Deckeln, die nicht zusammenpassen. Eine anständige Bratpfanne wäre auch mal eine Investition wert. Leider standen die versprochenen 2 Mountainbikes nicht zur Verfügung. Der Ort Torre dei Corsari ist ein reines Feriendomizil. Da wir in der Nachsaison reisten, war dort überhaupt nichts mehr los. Der Supermarkt war leer gefegt und in dem einen Restaurant gab es schon gar keine Pizza mehr. Wir mussten zum Einkaufen 1/2 Stunde fahren. Haben uns dann den Kühlschrank voll gemacht und jeden Abend daheim gekocht. Das italienische Flair fehlt diesem Ort vollkommen. Für ruhesuchende Naturliebhaber, die sich selber versorgen kann man Torre die Corsari in der Nachsaison empfehlen. Der Stand, die Dünen und die umgebenden Berge sind nämlich sehr schön.

DELIZIOSA E PANORAMICA
da rimarcare la disponibilità e la cortesia dei proprietari, la casa è dotata di tutto ciò che serve e rispecchia perfettamente le foto del sito, il panorama dal terrazzo è fantastico sopratutto al tramonto. c'è una bella caletta raggiungibile anche a piedi e se vi va di prendere l'auto in pochi minuti si raggiunge LO SPIAGGIONE, una meraviglia della natura con delle dune di sabbia spettacolari. veramente consigliata!

Casa molto confortevole vicina al mare
Casa molto confortevole vicina ad una delle calette di Torre dei Corsari. Appartemento pulito, dotato di tutti i confort necessari. Siamo una coppia con una bambina di 4 anni e mezzo e un cane di piccola taglia. Ci siamo trovati bene sotto tutti i punti di vista. La consigliamo a chi è in cerca di una situazione di completo relax. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

ottimo!!!
la casa è conforme alla descrizione , tutto è perfetto e rispecchia quanto specificato nell'annuncio . le foto non rendono lo spettacolo del paesaggio in quanto la vista è stupenda e il sentire il rumore del mare è qualcosa di spettacolare. Casa vicinissima al centro comoda per arrivare e punto strategico per visitare tutte le spiagge della stupenda costa verde. Proprietari disponibilissimi e gentilissimi . Ringrazio il sig. Germano e la sig.ra Michela aper tutto .
