It is on the 3rd floor with lift of the Rio Falzè Residence and consists of an entrance hall, living room with dining area and sofa, kitchenette with induction plates, dishwasher, oven, caffè machine, and fridge. Large covered balcony with a splendid view of the mountains, two double bedrooms, of which one has a full bathroom "en suite", 2nd bathroom with shower. The property includes a parking space in the garage and a locker for ski equipment. In a shared room there is also a common washing machine.
