In the heart of Filey, just a few minutes walk from the sand and the sea, is this brand new holiday apartment! Belle House offers everything you need for your perfect seaside getaway, with a great selection of shops, café’s and restaurants on the doorstep and free allocated parking included.

The apartment is open plan, offering a bright, spacious and airy living, dining and kitchen space. With a wall mounted flat screen TV, comfy sofas, and a selection of board games, the living area is perfect for relaxed family fun after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is stylish and excellently equipped, providing a full oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave kettle and toaster, and even a Nespresso machine, for that perfect morning coffee whilst you make plans for the day.
The bedroom has lovely decor, with a king-size bed, plenty of storage and thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, clock radio and hangers in the wardrobe. With a second television on the wall in here too, it’s the ideal set-up for a holiday lie-in!
The bathroom is very smart and contemporary, with a bath with mains shower over, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and a back-lit mirror to give a real luxury feel.

Whilst the seaside town of Filey is famous for a great day at the beach, there are various other attractions in the local area that will leave you spoilt for choice with where to explore first.

Glen Gardens is within easy walking distance less than a mile away, and offers beautiful parkland and gardens to explore, adventure golf and stunning views out over the coast. If you take your golf a little more seriously, Filey Golf Club is very nearby, just a little further on from Glen Gardens.

For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, why not make your way down to the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast for a spot of spectacular bird watching at the Bempton Cliffs. An established nesting spot from March – October, over 200,000 Puffins, Gannets, Kittiwakes and Guillemots take to the ledges of the white chalk cliffs almost 400ft up from sea level.

The larger town of Scarborough is also only roughly a 20 minute drive away and offers lots more to see and do. You can visiting the famous Rotunda Museum, a beautiful building housing unusual and interesting artefacts, or take a tour around Scarborough Castle, a mediaeval stronghold now looked after by English Heritage, with a busy calendar of live events throughout the year.

Wonderful accommodation in the centre of Filey with a dedicated parking space. The apartment was of a high standard, modern very clean and comfortable. Beautiful Flat

The flat was really nice, the kitchen and sitting room was big and the bed was really comfortable. The shops and the beach was on our doorstep so it was easily accessible. The only thing that i could say was negative was the fact that I was never emailed the information to get into the flat. It took a while to get hold of the right person. However the lady on the phone was really nice and emailed the information straight away so it was resolved quickly.

Another lovely stay at Finest Retreat Apartments Filey . The accommodation is modern & exceptionally clean throughout . The bedroom has a super comfortable bed & bathroom houses a fabulous over the bath shower . The kitchen area has every convenience you can think of l with full size smart tvs to lounge & bedroom. With an added bonus of one private parking bay for each of the apartments . Finest Retreats apartments are conveniently situated in the middle of Filey with public houses, bars ,cafes ,gardens & local shops . Filey itself is beautiful with a promenade overlooking the beach making it an ideal place for both scenic walks to fun days out by the sea for all the family young & old . On our last stay we met the Housekeeping team who I can only describe as lovely. The Finest Retreat team at the Head office are amazing & go above & beyond to make your booking & stay as enjoyable as it could possibly be . Nothing

We absolutely love this apartment

Second time stopping here, spotlessly clean modern centrally based accommodation with everything you need including your own parking space. We love it here and will be returning soon. As this is a ground floor apartment it is ideal for people like us with mobility problems, a grab hand rail to get in and out of the bath would be an excellent addition as the bath is deep.

Location & quality of facilities excellent ,really enjoyed our stay, loved it !!!

Heating on during the night, have to spend a bit of time working out how to get it back on when we came in for a walk, it was a bit hit & miss but it did NOT spoil our stay. Had a few problems with the TV trying to get normal channels, but our TV controls at home are very different, (we thought there would be a DVD player) we are not very technically minded so we managed OK & again it did NOT spoil our stay, we are already sorting out dates to return here in 2025.

Excellent location, central to all amenities. The apartment was well equipped for all our needs. I personally found the bed hard but my partner found it comfortable I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Everything was really good.

This was a beautiful spacious apartment. Perfect for the two of us plus evening guests for drinks and playing games etc. Situated perfectly for all the amenities and a convenient car park. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed plus amazing soft towels in the bathroom The tv needed resetting before we could connect to Netflix etc. Would benefit from a few more toiletries and towels/ toilet rolls when staying more than 2 nights. But we would still highly recommend staying here

Beautiful Apartment

Beautiful well equipped apartment. Lovely bedroom with large comfortable bed and flat screen TV. High quality furnishings and linen. Really good to have a private parking space at the rear. Location excellent, plenty of restaurants and takeaways within a few minutes walk. Seafront 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean. Would definitely recommend. Would like more crockery and cutlery as only 4 of each which means using a large dishwasher at least once a day which is a total waste of energy or washing up in the sink regularly. There were missing instructions for everything eg. microwave

Perfect place in perfect setting

The apartment was new, fresh and very well appointed with good quality fittings and features. The location was very central and therefore handy for walks, shops, eateries and the beach - and with an allocated parking spot, no need to hunt around on your return. We loved the layout and the space - perfect for the two of us. A few more cups and glasses would prevent the need for washing up (by hand or by machine) as often as we had to. And some cleaning materials would help ensure the new appliances and kitchen sink/worktops didn’t stain and age prematurely.
