About this property

QUARTEIRA BEACH & OCEAN VIEW 1 by HOMING

Excellent apartment on the seafront of Quarteira, very well located, close to bars, restaurants and all the shops in the surrounding area. There is public parking around the building, but if you choose public transport, you will be pleased to know that the apartment is just 230m from the Bus Station. It is the perfect place for your holidays in the Algarve.

With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, it has a balcony and receives a lot of sun exposure. It is fully equipped and furnished with good taste, inserted in a building with an elevator. All linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, but please note that late check-in has the following costs:
- From 7pm to midnight = €30 Euros
- From midnight = €50 Euros

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

Perfect location
Property as described in listing, overlooking boardwalk and beach. Cafes and restaurants galore. The location was prefect. Unit in gray shape, clean, outfitted from Ikea. My only complaint is that the pillows need replacing and upgraded. They were past their usefulness. We also would have done the dishes but couldn't locate dishsoap or dishwasher pods.

Situado mesmo junto ao mar e ao paredão com lojas, cafés e restaurantes, com uma localização muito boa. O apartamento está muito bem decorado e têm todas as comodidades para a confecção de refeições, e ainda alguns extras, é de salientar a atenção dada aos pequenos detalhes e, ainda foram atenciosos e disponibilizaram mais uma ventoinha para além das duas que a casa tem, para as noites mais quentes. Tivemos uma excelente estadia e não podemos deixar de recomendar este apartamento assim como o serviço prestado pela Homing.
