Fantastic little place

The location is amazing and the property well furnished and great for the outdoor life. You can hear some noise in the evenings from the bedrooms but that is the only downside. if you want convenience and easy beach access then this is your place, we have already recommended the property to several people and we will definitely be returning.

Excellent Service

Booked 3 nights at very short notice (a few hours) and everything was ready for us. The apartment is lovely and cosy and had everything we needed. It is right in the centre so very aware there is some traffic (cars and people) noise. Despite that we had a fabulous well-earned break and we will definitely be back. In fact, I'm hoping to book again in the new year!

Location, Location, Location

Jude and I had a lovely 3 nights here. It’s right in the centre of Rhosneigr, by the town clock, opposite the Spar shop, around the corner from the fabulous chippy and a 3 minute walk down to the main beach.

Great Property

Hi, We stayed at the property for a week. Lovely property, great location. Kept the windows closed due to location on the road, but that kept the apartment cool. Lovely furniture, modern, spacious, everything we could need, garden huge and great for chilling, 2 of us staying, but could easily accommodate 4. We had surf boards and paddle boards, plenty room to store.

Our stay

A little problem when we arrived there were no lights and being dark was a bit daunting for us. We located fuse box and the fuse had tripped don’t know why but the large light over entrance wasn’t working. The rest of our stay was brilliant, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and hopefully stay again my self .

not a good review

This apartment, is outdated, it needs attention, it’s dirty, and it certainly isn’t value for money.

Excellent, our 2nd visit.

This was our 2 nd visit to this property. We felt very happy and safe. The standard of the decor is very high con sidering the age of the property. The TV gets a little more attention as the controls are not quite standard but are perfectly negotiable. Bed is extremely comfy (double) single beds not used. Our Dacshund Bertie loves this part of the world as we ddi. Highly recommend

Lovely stay

Had a great stay. Felt at home and in an excellent location for shops and beach. Luckily didn’t have anyone in the flat upstairs so we didn’t hear any noise. We also stayed out of season so there wasn’t much disruption from the fish and chip shop or high street.

Perfect get away

We had such a lovely time staying in Bryn Awel Bach, it was our first holiday with our new born. It was a well furnished property with comfortable bed. It was close to everything which was great, but being right in the middle of town there was a lot of footfall past the property. The bedroom was a touch bright, curtains could make a big difference. We improvised to make it dark enough for baby.

Great beach location

We checked in after 5pm and were disappointed to find that there was no cot or high chair for our baby despite only speaking to Anglesey holiday lettings that morning to ensure these would be available. Having received no response on the emergency number we found out that the owner was in the flat above. She was very accommodating and provided us with both, thankfully. She was also unable to make contact with AHL. Location is great, two minutes walk from the beach. Parking is on street but we had no issues with this. The only downside to the location was that every man and his dog had a good look in on their way past so the blinds had to remain shut. It was also very noisy late into the night at the weekend, and the queue for the chip shop followed the building line going past three of the windows. Most nights people found it amusing to knock on the windows. Cleanliness - to look at it was clean, however, it was very dusty in places you wouldn’t normally look I.e under the beds, tv and sofas. However, with small children we ended up constantly retrieving toys from these areas and did see this. The property was well equipped, although, we could have done with more than one cupboard for storage in the kitchen for a weeklong stay. Condition - we were told that this property had been newly renovated. Unfortunately we found it to be damp with patches of mould in the living room. The bedroom wall was so damp that a clean hand towel left on a shelf next to it was wet. We did inform AHL about this and they put it down to being recently renovated and moisture in the paint. They said this was the drying process. Having renovated many properties I know this not to be the case. The plaster was bubbled in parts, there was rust on the walls and there were clear damp patches. We took pictures of this and offered to send them. I would have to comment that AHL’s customer service was extremely poor. They never returned phone calls when they said they would and didn’t bother to inform us that someone had been into the flat whilst we were out until we asked. The kitchen window was broken so it couldn’t be opened or fully closed which allowed a draft in. The property could have done with airing out but I imagine it would be hard to leave any of the other windows open due to the position on the Main Street. It can also be noisy when people are moving about in the apartment upstairs. The property was decorated really well with lovely blinds on all the windows. The only thing that could have made this better was some curtains as the blinds didn’t stop the light coming in early in the morning. The bathroom was modern and well equipped with a great shower. We would return to Rhosneigr, it’s a beautiful place and this is a lovely apartment that just needs attention in the areas mentioned. If this was resolved I would recommend to others due to the reasonable price for the area.

Lovely stay

We had a great week in this newly refurbished property. The decor and quality is great and plenty of space. The location is second to none. Close to everything in Rhosneigr and can stroll to the beach in two mins. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Cosy flat in the heart of the action

We had a lovely stay in Rhosneigr at Bryn Awel Bach. It is stylish, spacious and is right in the heart of Rhosneigr. We travelled with our two young children, aged 4 and 12 weeks, so we wanted a convenient location and we found that this flat suited our needs perfectly. The entrance porch was particularly useful for storage after sandy days at the beach. A great property and would definitely recommend!
