Belmont Villa is a spacious and fun property which sits close to the centre of the seaside town of Ilfracombe.
The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. A large lounge to your left as you enter has an eye-catching bay window & sofas, surrounding the log burner and Smart TV. A snug has a projector to watch movies & has a single sofa bed with pull out trundle.
The open plan kitchen-diner is rustic and well-equipped. It has a range style electric oven & gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, American fridge/freezer, as well as ample seating. The back door lead out onto the patio garden which has a large hot tub, garden furniture & a BBQ.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 separate toilets and a family bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The bedrooms consist of a double and family room which is made up of a double bunk bed (child only on the top) & triple bunkbed (child only on the top 2 bunks). On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a super-king size bed; the other is a twin.
Towels & linen are provided. A patio houses garden furniture to enjoy dining & there is plenty of on street parking outside the property. Dogs are welcome on request only & charges apply.
The hot tub is an additional cost of £95/stay for ALL bookings. This must be booked & paid for through TJS Properties, 48 Hours in advance of 5pm arrival time.
