Location, Location, Location! St Nicholas Place is one of the prime streets in Sheringham. A quiet, secluded location with a private, sunny south facing garden, plenty of secure off road parking and yet only a few steps to the beach. Sealink, 20 St Nicholas Place is a real gem – enter through the electric double gates, up the driveway to catch your first glimpse of this grand house. With spacious grounds including the front lawn and mature flower beds with far reaching views over Sheringham. Just off the Boulevard, this elegant house provides plenty of space for all the family. Sealink has an extremely well equipped kitchen; comfortable beds, beautiful egyptian cotton bedding and fluffy towels. Free Wifi.
Enter via the electric double gates and drive up the driveway to the front door, accessed via the front patio and a few steps. Step up to front door opening into: Front Lobby with plenty of room for coats and shoes, opening into the Dining Room: Dining table with 8 chairs and feature fireplace. Door to inner hallway with doors to Lounge: Comfortable sofas and armchairs. 48” curved HDD smart TV, separate Bose mini speaker and feature fire. Kitchen: with large electric hob and electric range style oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher, TV, Nespresso coffee machine taking nespresso pods or similar, kitchen table and chairs and door to back lobby, with door to WC, washbasin, iron and ironing board, stored high chair and door to small, rear courtyard, leading to laundry room with two washing machines, tumble dryer and airer.
Staircase leading to upper hall, with doors to: Principal Super Kingsize bedroom: with large sleigh style 6ft wide bed and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin, built in wardrobe and lovely views. Secondary Super Kingsize Bedroom: with similar sleigh style bed, spacious built-in wardrobe, TV and amazing views over Sheringham to the golf course. Double Bedroom: with elegant Kingsize 5ft wide bed and wardrobe and glimpses of the sea! Twin bedroom: with 2 x single beds and wardrobe. Primary Family Bathroom: bath with shower attachment, separate shower cubicle with high pressure shower, WC and wash basin. Secondary Family Bathroom: Clawfoot bath, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Outside: South facing front lawned garden with mature flower beds and patio area with patio chairs and table seating 8, separate outside sofa set with four chairs. Gas BBQ. Sheltered, enclosed small rear courtyard with access to laundry room.
Please note: Bed linen and towels included (please bring own beach towels). Stairgate and two travel cots available (please bring own bedding). There is also a small playpen and a bed guard for toddlers. Please request items required when booking. Bedroom 4, although it has two full sized single beds, if staying for more than a few days, is probably best suited to two children as it is not as spacious as the other bedrooms. Free Wifi available. 1 x well behaved small dog welcome at £20.00 per week. Parking for 3 cars in driveway. The outside table and chairs plus BBQ are usually put away at the end of October until Easter.

Location: Blue flag beach and model boating lake 0.2 miles. Coastal footpath 0.2 miles, Sheringham Golf course 0.6 miles. Town centre museum, theatre, shops and restaurants 0.4 miles, Railway station 0.4 miles. The Reef leisure centre 0.6miles.

Great location

Sealink is a large property that is well located for easy access to the (dog friendly) beach and Sheringham town centre. The property itself is spacious and the bedrooms are particularly comfortable. The rest of the house is grand but in some areas will benefit from (I believe a planned) renovation. The garden is also spacious, south facing and was a great place to hang out with our dogs.

Very enjoyable stay at Sealink Sheringham

Sealink is a very nice property - exceptionally well equipped. It is very spacious and in an excellent location being close to both the beach &town centre. The garden is beautiful & very relaxing. Property was clean although - Our only negative comments are the electric gates are very temperamental -not sure we would get in or out sometimes & the kitchen washing up bowl &drainer needs replacing as do the baking sheets etc. On the whole we were very impressed & would happily rebook.

Nice bolthole by the sea

We are a family of 8, 4 adults 2 children 2 dogs lovely clean accommodation but not modern everything you need for your stay a lovely safe big garden for the kids and dogs, close to shops, beach, sea only small fault they advertise a family member with asthma like a child in our family group the hoover is a Henry but feel this needs upgrading to a better hepa hoover seeing as the property allows pets other than that we will be looking to return It was great to use the gas BBQ but a shame others that used it didn’t leave it in a clean state for the next users spent a good hour cleaning it for our family to use

Pleasant stay

We all enjoyed our stay. The 5 children from 3 to 12yrs loved the garden and closeness to the great beach. The house is spacious and well equipped. Only concerns were the cold tap in bath in carpeted room was not working. The flooring would be better without carpet. Light bulbs in lamps need checking as not all work. The key box was very difficult to open and customer service had to call maintenance when we left. Engineer said it was very stiff and needed oiling. When I arrived I almost could not open box and as it was just after 5pm I could not contact office. I would have been stranded had not my efforts to yank it open while standing in the rain miraculously worked after some time !

What a lovely house and setting to have family stay and friends visit for a special time of the year. Everything we could have required was supplied from roasting dishes to a beautifully appointed Christmas tree, we have had 4 days we will remember for a long time. Many thanks

This was a wonderful holiday home. Well located, comfortable, well furnished and thoughtfully equipped. The house is quiet, the rooms are spacious and the gardens secure and extensive. We would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Good Size Property for Family groups

We loved our stay in Sheringham and recommend this property as a good base to explore the area. Good decent sized rooms and lots of space for parking. It would be good to have another shower and some of the property would benefit from some updates such as a decent cooker. However, nice house and good neighbourhood near the Golf Course and sea front.

Beautiful house very well equipped.

Property is very well equipped with more than enough cutlery and plates etc for the number of people staying. The bedrooms are very large and the beds are very comfortable with beautiful quality linen. There is plenty of space for the people staying to spread out if they wish. All the equipment requested for my grand daughter travel cot, stair gate and high chair were available when we arrived. Although it was quite cold when we stayed the heating was excellent enabling us to be very comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed watching the steam trains across the golf course and the beach was only round the corner. The only down side was that the shower does not have enough power and the one over the bath only gave cold water even when we tried a number of times. These were only minor details and overall I would recommend the house to other visitors.

A brilliant break in a perfect location

This is a substantial property sufficient for eight people, although one of the bedrooms is more suitable for two children rather than two adults, The location is perfect for the town and the seafront. We had a last minute hiccup that required delaying our arrival for two days, but the owner was very accommodating and very kindly allowed us to stay for two days beyond the booking. We could find no fault with the property and would certainly recommend it to friends and others. Thank you for a great break.
