Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep three guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with countryside views. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, and a rear garden with patio and furniture. Tor View is a great base for a small family to enjoy the Devon countryside.

TV, DVD player, Wifi (intermittent due to rural location) , pool table, football table. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car. Communal garden area with patio and furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.4 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: The utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer is shared with the other cottages. Note: There are free range chickens on-site, dogs will need to be kept on the lead on grounds.Please note: Due to the nature of the property the stairs may be found to be steep for some guests
