Apartment located in an previous five star hotel. The protected landmark building, decorated by architect Mallet Stevens, was the subject of a Claude Monet painting. Both Marcel Proust and Marguerite Duras were residents of the Roche Noire.
The common area has all the charm and advantages of a past palace: amazing lobby, terrace overlooking the sea, parking, and doorman.

Unschlagbar tolle Lage am Strand in einem historischen Gebäude. Zentrum ganz nah, Parkplatz am Haus. Einrichtung der Wohnung zweckmäßig, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aufzug auch historisch, hat aber funktioniert. Renovierungsarbeiten im und am Gebäude während unseres Aufenthalts, inklusive Abstellen des Wassers (zweimal).

Toujours aussi satisfait de l'hébergement, l'accès direct à la plage, tout en étant légèrement à l'écart du centre ville nous convient parfaitement, et le cadre historique de cet ancien hotel dont les façades sont en cours de restauration ajoute au charme des lieux.

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand
Die Lage des Hauses / der Wohnung war perfekt, um direkt am Strand sein zu können aber auch gut gelegen , um fussläufig in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Die Wohnung war recht gut ausgestattet und sauber. Empfehlenswert.

A pleasant 4-night stay in a history breathing building in charming Trouville
It's a comfortable apartment. During our stay there wasn't a lot of noise from outside or from other residents. The only room with (partial) seaview is the room with (good) single beds. The view is gorgeous and so is the sound of the sea in this room. It is a pity that the commun parts of the building aren't better maintained, but I can imagine this is not easy to organize.

Nous avons trouvé un morceau de fromage complètement pourri dans le réfrigérateur, un plat sale dans le four, des poils et cheveux dans la douche. Il est noté dans l’annonce 2 cabinets de toilette et en fait il y a juste un deuxième lavabo et pas de deuxième sanitaire.

Sehr nette kleine und dennoch geräumige Wohnung. Guter Schnitt mit großem Badezimmer. Nett eingerichtet. Man spürt einen freundlichen auch durchaus kinderfreundlichen Gestus. Wir waren nur zu 2. doch auch mit 3 oder 4 Personen durchaus gemütlich. Leider hat die Wohnung nur aus einem Zimmer einen Schrägblick aufs Meer. Nachteil des gesamten Hauses ist die Hellhörigkeit. Der Schritt der Dame im Appartement über der Wohnung verfolgte uns am Abend.

Un appartement à la décoration choisie, chaleureuse et qui invite au voyage. Tout le confort attendu est présent et l’accès direct à la plage est un vrai plus. Une bâtisse historique ou Proust avait ses quartiers. La présence de livres (Scott fitzgerald …) donne envie de revenir pour avoir le temps de les parcourir au calme avec vue sur la plage Un point d’amélioration: la douche est restée plus froide que tiède, un petit réglage est nécessaire.
