Yo tuve una mala experiencia y no tiene que ver con el estado del inmueble, reserve con está aplicación y al llegar el día de mi estadía resulta que mi reserva no estába ya contaba con débitos bancarios y correo dándome confirmación de la reserva, el anfitrión no se hizo responsable de nada y en la aplicación pedí mi reemplazo y después de un par de días no tengo respuesta ni me deja ingresar a la conversación en dónde hice mi reclamó, me quedé en medio de un viaje sin hospedaje y sin respuesta de que pasó con mí reserva, espero una repuesta por parte de la aplicación Expedia
