Cozy apartment just minutes from the beautiful beach of San Vito Lo Capo

The apartment is located on the ground floor. It is furnished and complete with air conditioning, washing machine, TV, hairdryer, WI-FI and can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of a double bedroom plus a bunk bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge with freezer, various utensils), a bathroom with tub / shower and a living and equipped outdoor space with table and chairs. The area is excellent, central but quiet, convenient for walking to the beach in a few minutes. A few meters away there is a supermarket, a fish shop, a bakery and the regional market on Friday. Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday or daily, minimum 4 nights, except in the months of June, July, August and September. The costs of electricity, gas, water and final cleaning are included in the rental cost. It is possible to have bed linen and towels on request. Possibility of parking nearby.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento comodissimo per 4/5 persone, ben arredato e sorpresa con un giardino per mangiare all' aperto. Olga è stata una persona gentilissima e disponibile.

san vito spettacolo

l'inserzione per questo appartartamento era accurata e veritiera(molto apprezzato), quindi buona la posizione, vicino al market e alla strada principale(pedonale) dove si trova il fulcro della vita sanvitese, qualche passo in più per raggiungere il mare ma ne vale la pena! la proprietaria veramente gentilissima e disponibile. l'appartamento era pulito e ordinato, molto spazioso, bagno grande e comodo. carina e utile la veranda per mangiare e per il bucato. in tutto questo, l'unica pecca che dobbiamo dire, è che il materasso del letto matrimoniale va davvero sostituito , perchè era sformato al punto che si cadeva di lato. dormire lì è stato impossibile, ci siamo dovuti trasferire nel divano letto.... a parte questo , consigliamo l'appartamento a tutti!!!!!!!!!!

alloggio comodissimo per famiglie con bimbi piccol

siamo stati due settimane nella Casa Vacanza 1092736. l'alloggio era identico alle foto del sito, perfettamente pulito, corredato di tutto quello di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno durante la vacanza. il condizionatore è stato indispensabile per il caldo che ha fatto durante il soggiorno. il giardino è il punto forte dell'appartamento, ideale per i bambini e per colazioni e cene. la casa dista un quarto d'ora a piedi dal mare ma la passeggiata è molto piacevole. è a pochi passi dal supermercato Sisa, il che è stato una grande comodità! in pratica è al centro del paese per cui non serve assolutamente l'auto. il pass per il parcheggio che la signora olga ci ha dato si è rivelato comodissimo visto che senza è impossibile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze della casa. forse solo un piccolissimo neo: la biancheria da letto non è di qualità mentre quella da bagno è sufficiente sia in qualità che quantità!

Soggiorno ottimo

Appartamento carino, pulito e ben tenuto, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza, compresa l'aria condizionata!. Nonostante fossimo 5 ragazze gli spazi erano giusti e siamo state bene. Vicinissimo al centro, e vicinissimo a tutte le comodità (supermercato, panificio e ottima pasticceria). A pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di San Vito. La signora Olga, proprietaria della casa, è molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Bella vacanza a San Vito lo Capo

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento superpulito e in ottimo stato, la proprietaria gentile e disponibile. La posizione era per noi ideale, vicina al supermercato e ai negozi, vicina al centro e non troppo lontana dalla spiaggia che comunque noi raggiungevamo in bicicletta. Ci è molto piaciuto il piccolo giardinetto al di là della terrazza, una piccola oasi di pace. In breve, la descrizione dell'annuncio corrisponde a quanto viene offerto. Purtroppo, i vicini non si possono scegliere .... Lo consiglio

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è pulita e bem posizionata, si arriva in spiaggia a piedi in 10 minuti. Unico neo il problema del parcheggio, a San Vito non si riesce a lasciare l'auto se non pagando salato...

Appartamento molto funzionale

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole con un bel terrazzo che permette di consumare colazioni e cene. Dotato di tutto il necessario offre anche aria condizionata e una lavatrice che può essere molti utile per per il soggiorno. È ubicato vicinissimo al supermercato e ad un forno e in 5 minuti si arriva in spiaggia a piedi. Molto gentile anche la signora Olga che è stata di aiuto per le piccole richieste. Un posto sicuramente da consigliare ottimo per famiglie con ragazzi come la nostra.. Le fotografie forse non rendono l'idea dell'ampiezza dei locali che in realtà sono ancora meglio.
