Nice studio apartment located in a complex of 3 units with private garden. Equipped with all comforts, it is the perfect place to spend a quiet relaxing holiday. The apartment is located in a strategic position, just near the center of Tremezzo and close to the main attractions of the lake such as Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and Bellagio. From the garden you can enjoy a breathtaking lake view. Excellent solution for couples, families or groups of friends.
The newly renovated property has a spacious bedroom with a double bed. The apartment is completed by a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a bright bathroom from which is possible to directly go out in the garden. Guests will have the entire property for their exclusive use, and a lovely garden, in common with the other 2 apartments of the building. Outside it will be possible to find comfortable deckchairs and tables with chairs to enjoy a breakfast or an aperitif overlooking the lake.
Upon request, the apartment can also be booked for 3 people (there is a single sofa bed in the living room).
The property is located in a strategic position - half lake you can easily reach all the best locations: few steps far from the Gran Hotel Tremezzo, a minute walking from both center of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta, 5 mins from bus and ferry stop (which in 15 minutes leads to Bellagio and 20 in Varenna). The city of Como is only about 40 minutes away by car. Only 3.8 km separate the apartment from the beautiful and famous Balbianello and Balbiano Villas, open to the public during the summer season.
