The villa consists of two separate and communicating houses, it is rented exclusively to a single group of guests. Each house consists of bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The property offers swimming pool, patio, wi-fi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, kitchen, sun beds, treadmill, elliptical, table football, ping pong table. The villa offers a beautiful view over the city of Martina Franca and is only 15 km from the trulli of Alberobello
The villa is fully equipped and has different spaces which make large groups independent. There are play areas such as table football or ping pong table, relaxation areas such as garden and swimming pool, next to which there is an external toilet and a corner bar, sports facilities such as treadmill and elliptical and finally a wood oven.
The owners interact with guests only if they like, they are always available
