What am amassing luxury house in Eastport. Plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway. Everything was perfect and the host responded quickly to all questions.
Thanks
This lovely home far exceeded our expectations - beautiful, bright, well decorated, clean and spacious. My communication with the owner was fantastic and they were very considerate in ensuring that our stay was as perfect as possible. As an added bonus, this home is conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown Annapolis waterfront with dining and shops. Our company travels to Annapolis every year for the Annapolis Boat Show and we will absolutely be looking to book this home again next year.
Spacious, comfortable home in excellent Eastport location close to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy.

Lovely Eastport home.
Truly lovely upscale Eastport home. Includes very hard-to-find first floor bedroom (listed as pull-out twin bed, but it seemed larger than twin to us, and was just fine for a 92 yr old!) with private bathroom including walk-in shower. My elderly mother loved walking to end of quiet block to look at boating activity on Back Creek. Extremely convenient to everything. Very well appointed kitchen. House is extremely well sound proofed! The four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms ensure that everyone has privacy.
This was our first VRBO experience. It was so easy and Suzanne so responsive that we are converts. We had a wonderful visit.

Lovely, light and spacious home
Suzanne's home was perfect for us to host our family for Thanksgiving. The large and nicely outfitted kitchen and open floor plan worked very well for us. A light and airy home in a great location. It's very easy to walk to the neighborhood bakery or to several good restaurants.

Great home, perfect location!
Beautiful home, within 1 mile of United States Naval Academy. The house was clean, and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We were here for Plebe Parent weekend, and our Plebe enjoyed being able to rest and relax in the comfort of a home as opppsed to a hotel. If the oppprtunity arises, we would love to stay here again!

What a lovely home! It was perfect for our needs and in such a wonderful area! Our hostess was great
We cannot recommend Suzanne's lovely home high enough. It was warm, spacious, and within walking distance of the harbor and great restaurants and coffee shops. Suzanne was a perfect hostess. She was quick to respond to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. She gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to see. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

About the host
Hosted by Suzanne Wilt
I fell in love with Eastport in the early 90s. My best friend's father owned a J/30, kept it in Back Creek, and needed help racing it. We came out every weekend from DC where we had our first jobs to race "big boats" vs. the Hobie Cats we sailed as children. I fell in love with the cute houses in Eastport, and have been hooked on Annapolis and especially the Eastport neighborhood ever since.
Why they chose this property
Location, space and luxury. This house is located in the heart of Eastport on 6th and Chester (originally First street). 6th street takes you right over the Spa Creek Bridge into Downtown Annapolis. The house is situated 450 ft. from back creek and less than 1/3 of a mile from the bridge to downtown. Views of the bay bridge, the Chesapeake Bay and back creek may be experienced from one of two second story verandas. Great spots for cocktails. The property is on a double lot with two car garage and driveway supporting off street parking (critical during peak event periods).
What makes this property unique
The house was rebuilt in 2008 with all of the luxury appointments you would expect from an upscale home such as a wet bar, wine fridge, extra butlers pantry and laundry room area, large expansive kitchen with breakfast bar, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms all have their own full baths, most with large walk in showers. The backyard provides privacy with an enclosed garden and seating for outdoor dinners.
