Gorgeous home from home -<br>

Three bedroom lovely homely comfortable static caravan with central heating and double glazing.
Privacy film on all side windows of the caravan, you can see out but nobody can see in during the day.
One double room, two twin rooms and a sofa bed in the living area sleeping 8 in total. The master bedroom has bedside lamps with two usb sockets in each lamp.
All bedrooms have 27” TVs
42” tv with sound bar in the living room
Gas fire in the lounge
Lovely modern kitchen with oven and grill, microwave, kettle, 4 slice toaster and fridge freezer. We have added an air fryer for your convenience. All cutlery crockery and all cooking essentials included….yes there’s a bottle opener and corkscrew!
Lovely spacious shower room.
A hairdryer is provided in the main bedroom along with an iron and ironing board, airers and a hoover, freshly laundered fleece blankets are provided on each bed for your comfort.
The caravan is on a great pitch as there is plentiful parking right out front of the caravan.

Weekend Clacton air show

We went for the Clacton air show and was the last weekend before my daughter goes travelling. Had a great time The caravan was clean and tidy fresh bedding and the beds was made up. There was games consoles with games to play,leaflets for local attractions and takeaway menus in case you didn’t like the food at the boathouse All in all it was a great weekend and would stay again

Lovely

Lovely caravan, nice location for what we needed, but good site from what we saw. Caravan was nice and clean, smelt fresh, perfect for a break away. Check in easy and communication brilliant, especially when i thought id booked wrong!! Will definitely be booking again

Amazing service!

My partner and I stayed here for a short break with our daughter, small dog & 2 nephews. Although nothing on site was open (which we had expected due to time of year) the caravan was immaculate, it had everything we needed and more. The owner was beyond helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back to stay again, it felt like a little home from home.

The property itself was in great condition. It is obviously newly refurbished and very spacious for a static unit. The kitchen was easy to work with and the bedrooms were fine. I liked the living and dining areas best as they really were so spacious and sunny. The bathroom was a bit of a nuisance just due to the design. Also, they didn't provide towels which I found quite odd but also a bit on me as I didn't think to look and see if that was included. Overall, I recommend but bring your own towels so your not dashing to tescos to grab some.
