For couples: Property unsuitable for children or those with mobility issues due to narrow steps.
Outside : Small table and two chairs, charcoal BBQ, set in shared garden with far-reaching views. 
Parking : Parking for one car next to annexe. 
General :  Free WiFi provided. Electric heating throughout. Bed linen and towels provided.
Pets : 2 dogs allowed at £25 per pet per week.
Accessibility : Annexe is accessed via the front door.  Access throughout the property is via narrow flights of stairs.  
Accidental Damage Deposit:  You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Important notes : No smoking. The property is reachable by a narrow country lane and has a unique offering in it’s rural location.
