Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair provided. Enclosed front garden with patio, lawn and seating, courtyard garden, summerhouse with garden table and chairs, rear lawn garden with patio and seating, hammock and a 4 person hot tub. Off-road parking for 1 car and more parking available on the road nearby. Two well behaved dogs welcome, 2nd dog charge of £25.00 per week. No smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.7 miles. Note: Check-in is from 4.30pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Children not be left unattended in garden due to fenced off pond to the rear of the garden. Note :- Dethatched from the property Whincroft, with a separate and private entrance is ‘The Loft’. This has one bedroom accommodation over the garage and may be used from time to time. The garden at Whincroft is very private and The Loft does not overlook any of the cottage or garden.
