Completely renovated this typically French house has been used in the past as a schoolhouse and was formerly the Mairie for St Hippolyte de Montaigu (old town hall). There is space to park two large cars in front of the house. Adjacent is the old Mairie car park which has plenty of space for parking . The front garden has a table with chairs and a parasol.
