Luxury holiday villa with magnificent sea and mountain views. Around the private pool are spacious terraces with sun loungers. There are 2 very spacious verandas; 1 upstairs with magnificent views, 1 downstairs adjacent to the swimming pool with terrace. Next to the villa is the landscaped tropical garden with seating. The villa is cozy and luxuriously furnished and very complete; air conditioners in the various rooms. The kitchen is equipped with modern quality appliances incl. Dishwasher. Also satellite TV, wifi, washing machine and dryer are available. There is a large sitting room with access to the spacious veranda with lounge set and dining table. There are three double bedrooms. High chair and cot available. There are also two bathrooms with; shower, toilet and sink. The villa is completely fenced, ensuring peace and privacy; no direct neighbors, only olive groves! The village Vasilitsi with grocery and excellent taverna is within walking distance. Many sandy beaches nearby. Open fire eg bbq, candles, tea lights etc not allowed (inside & outside).

Super Urlaub

Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in dem Ferienhaus ,jeder Zeit wieder.😃. Das Haus bietet viel Platz,wir waren mit 5 Personen dort. Die beiden Teenager haben das Zimmer im EG genossen da sie dort Ruhe von den Erwachsenen hatten. EIn kleiner Kühlschrank dort wäre vielleicht von Vorteil. In jedem Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage ,was sehr gut war. Der Blick von der großzügigen Terrasse war super🌞. So einen entspannten Urlaub hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr😃

Amazing location, views and villa

The villa is really spacious with aircon in every room and a really well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor covered spaces are perfect and the pool is great for cooling off and swimming (there is no shallow end). We had a fantastic time and loved the area with loads of restaurants nearby (Nico's in the village being one of the best) and more lively areas in Koroni and Foinikounta. There are sandy beaches just over the road, perfect for early morning swims and views of the sea from the villa. Overall, this villa is perfect for families with older kids.

Excellent stay and extremely helpful owners

We had an excellent stay after having a nightmare start due to Schiphol airport, but after speaking with the owners we were able to start our holiday 1 day later no problem. Getting to the house was simple enough and we met Eleni who is very nice and gave us a guided tour on the property and then left us to it. With 2 toddlers they loved the pool and we spent most of our time either there or on the balcony which was honestly where i spent most of my time as it was awesome and very comfortable. Owners allow you to borrow a good selection of pool toys etc so no need to bring your own (we did, but everything got played with). The shutters on the house were great for those who like to sleep in on holiday, you can close them at it will feel like midnight no matter the time but I was up at 6am most days. Also in the house there is a nice folder with all of the local tips and trips you could do which would be very helpful if you haven't done too much research. Again thanks to Raymond, Margaret and Eleni for helping us have an excellent holiday and been so helpful again - great property and an awesome location to explore the southern part of Greece.

Perfect location with a little noise

Location clean and spacious, very well equipped, perfect for two families. Close to Koroni. Just to point out that the room located downstairs has the aircon fan that blows over the head when in bed. And it is quite difficult to sleep with open windows due to many barking dogs all night long.......and the bathroom downstairs has no windows or ventilation fan. But however it has been a pleasant holiday.

Messinia at its best

We enjoyed the house and surrounding beaches a lot! Even though there is sea all around and easy to reach, going for a quick swim in the pool was beyond expectation. All in all, highly recommended!

Superbe semaine

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine relaxante dans la maison de Margaret à Vassilitsi! Tout était parfait! Quel plaisir de passer du temps sur la véranda et de profiter de la vue. Belle piscine et beau jardin, maison super équipée et confortable, non loin de Koroni. Magnifique region à découvrir! Bel accueil par Eleni. A refaire l’année prochaine.

Lovely villa, great location!

The villa is excellent, of high quality and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the pool is great, big enough to swim in rather than just cool off! We enjoyed staying in a village setting and visited the local taverna several times which is excellent and within walking distance. The village shop sells most things too so very helpful. The location is great for exploring this part of the Peloponnese which we know well. Particular favourites are Koroni itself and the lovely monstery above the castle ruins, Methoni Castle, Pylos and Gialova. There are many delightful beaches to choose from along this beautiful coastline. The only thing to add is that if you arrive in the dark as we did, the (English) instructions are not adequate so would suggest asking for more detailed directions. We struggled to link with Eleni to get the keys but did eventually!

Great getaway villa

Enjoyed the pool. Beds were nice and comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. House tidy and mostly new. A/C was a useful touch. The issue for us was not being able to have any BBQs, which is listed, but a real shame it’s not allowed due to historic bad experiences by the owners. Would recommend.

Top eingerichtetes modernes Haus mit sehr schönem Pool und viel Platz. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich top, alles da und funktionstüchtig. Zimmer sind einfach zu verdunkeln und Klimaanlagen gut einzustellen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und lokalem Kontakt problemlos und sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder!!!

Het huis is groot en smaakvol ingericht. Heerlijke ruime verandas met comfortabele loungeset met fantastisch uitzicht. Mooie tropische tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. Superschoon. De woning is fantastisch. Ziet er keurig uit, met bijbehorende inrichting. Prachtig zwembad en een geweldig uitzicht zowel op zee als de bergen in de omgeving. Alles was perfect geregeld. Een nadeel is dat de honden in de omgeving veel en hard blaffen. Vooral in de avond en nacht. In de woning lag een map met aanbevelingen voor uitstapjes en strandbezoeken. Dit is bijzonder handig. Hiervan hebben wij dan ook dankbaar gebruik gemaakt.

Lovely villa in real Greece

The view is fabulous, olive trees, mountain, sea and a few dwellings. It is situated in an area where there are few neighbours and predominantly rural. Easy walk to the local shop which seems to sell everything. There are tavernas and pubs, which we didn't frequent (only because we went into Koroni) which seemed authentically Greek. It is not at all touristy which we loved, it is private, not overlooked and a far cry from the busy, frantic life we lead. Beaches and restaurants not far away lovely sea and food. Villa itself very comfortable and the air conditioning was invaluable. It was clean and very well equipped. Elena, the agent? Was very helpful in sorting out a few water problems we had, very quickly. The pool was brilliant, clean and warm and we spent hours in it. Lots of places to relax both in and out of the sun. My only criticisms are the dogs looking after the goats behind the villa seemed to bark a lot in the night, but I suppose if you want real Greece then that is part and parcel of real Greece. Also, the third bedroom, although in the villa was only accessible from outside downstairs so separate from the main house, as a result 1 of our party was separate to the rest, which I didn't like and had to knock on the door to be let in in the morning. So bear this in mind if you are going with young children and you want them to have their own room. These issues aside, we loved it. I've looked at other areas in Greece for next year but this villa and it's situation is the best. When the £ picks up I may return!

Heerlijk huis met een prachtig uitzicht

Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien met een mooi zwembad. Volop privacy en de regio biedt heel veel bezienswaardigheden. Een aanrader voor een leuke vakantie. Huis was heel schoon en zwembad top onderhouden alles bij elkaar een 9 plus, enige nadeel geen wifi. Maar het bezorgt je wel meer rust, dus ieder nadeel heeft haar voordeel.

Prachtig huis met heel mooi uitzicht

Alles uitstekend verzorgd. Heel erg genoten van alles. Elke dag een duik in het zwembad. Schitterende omgeving. Op loopafstand een heel schilderachtig plaatsje met heerlijk restaurant en gezellig terras ook in oktober nog genieten buiten.

Dit is een plek om lief te hebben...!!!!!

Wij familie met 2 kinderen hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in villa Aphrodite. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, het ontbreekt werkelijk aan niets en beschikt over een zeer ruime veranda met een schitterend uitzicht over de zee, de olijfbomen en het nabij gelegen dorpje Vasilitsi. (net een schilderij zo mooi...!!). Het heerlijke grote zwembad maakt het helemaal compleet. De villa is vrij gelegen, sfeervol ingericht, perfect onderhouden en zeer schoon. Eleni en haar man waar wij de sleutel hebben opgehaald wonen dicht bij de woning en zijn zeer gastvrij. Indien gewenst kun je met vragen altijd bij hun terecht. De omgeving is prachtig en met een auto zijn er schitterende plekken en bezienswaardigheden te bezichtigen, Dit hebben wij ook veelvuldig gedaan. De mensen in het dorp en daarbuiten zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij hebben genoten en bevelen dit huis aan, aan iedereen die niet van massa toerisme houdt maar even terug in de tijd wil en het hectische leven even achter zich wil laten . Het contact met de eigenaar (Greetje) is geweldig vooraf en na onze boeking konden wij met al onze vragen bij haar terecht. Tip: Dagelijks vers brood en andere boodschappen zijn op loopafstand in het dorp verkrijgbaar. Voor de grotere boodschappen is er een supermarkt die met de auto in 10 minuten bereikbaar is (richting Koroni.). Dus eindig ik zoals ik begon "DIT IS EEN PLEK OM LIEF TE HEBBEN" Greetje-Eleni en haar man Jorge (hoop dat het goed geschreven is) heel erg bedankt voor alles en als wij nogmaals in deze streek met vakantie gaan komen wij zeker terug. Heerlijke plek, een aanrader en terugkeeradres!

Het huis is ruim met een prachtige overdekte veranda met heerlijk meubilair. Het uitzicht is prachtig (bergen en zeezicht), de inrichting smaakvol, de tuin biedt veel privacy en een mooi zwembad met grote terrassen rondom. Het geheel is ruim, schoon, smaakvol; een paradijsje! Op loopafstand het dorp met winkel en gezellige taverne. Ik kom zeker terug!
