Pinewood 2 consists of open plan full kitchen with hob and oven,dishwashing machine, washing machine and larder fridge,leading into bedroom area with king bed and single bed,lsofa, 45 inch smart tv ,,modern alluminated electric wall fire and wifi

Bathroom has double whirlpool bath with powered shower, double sinks and hairdryer
Plus central heating

The suite has its own front door and dedicated parking

Pinewood is a late 19th century historic timber built cottage bungalow which has been internally modernised this year .
All Four apartments have separate entrances with great broadband and wifi, and Netflix tvs

Our Studio Suites comprise of total kitchens, ground floor open plan into bedroom Pinewood 1 with super king bed and Pinewood 2 with a King bed and Single bed plus ,sofas and modern electric glow wall fires.Of course there is central heating
The luxury extends to the bathrooms that comprise of double sinks,double whirlpool bath with powered shower

In addition there is a two bedrooms apartment with two bathrooms,, one on the first floor.
The ground floor comprises of bathroom,kitchen and open plan bedroom,lounge/ and conservatory dining area that opens onto a fenced off private garden.

Lovely place with everything we could possibly need to relax and rejuvenate. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, spa bath was wonderful and best of all, it was completely noise free.

Oven grill pan dirty and empty packets and an opened garlic baguette left in fridge

Facilities good, most pans and kitchen utensils provided, didn't use TV but netflix available. Good spa bath. Dryer part of washing machine not working, beds uncomfortable with cheap mattresses and oven and hob painfully slow to heat up

You are 5min walk from the town and right across the road is the new forest with lovely walks, the only thing wrong for me is it's a very busy road, but it is what it is and it would not stop me staying there again.

Pinewood Cottage is surrounded by high hedges with a beautiful old Oak Tree at its entrance situated off the Southampton Rd which leads to Lyndhurst.

The cottage is a rare example of timber framed New Forest bungalows dating back to 1885.
The front is draped with colourful wisteria which adds a beauty to this character building

Your hosts Paul and Christine live just 3 miles and are hands on with regards to its housekeeping and maintenance needs and have been in the hospitality industry for many years.
