This stunning villa is set near the sea, in the popular Kishla district of Kalkan, and offers an unique and unusually large outdoor living space for family groups /friends. The property has 5 bedrooms in total, 4 double and 1 twin (with an extra child's bed) , sleeping a maximum of 11 guests.
Guests can enjoy the fabulous uninterrupted sea views from the many outdoor facilities, including the pool, al fresco dining areas and outdoor seating area on both the lower and upper floors.
The space
Whilst the villa itself has all the facilities expected of a luxury villa in Kalkan, from air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, large flat screen tv.etc., it is the size and quality of the outdoor space which makes the property stand out from the rest. It has a massive garden, lots of outdoor seating, al fresco dining areas with a bbq, plus lots to keep guests occupied, including a trampoline and table tennis.
The pool itself is some 12 x 4 metres in dimensions, and has a depth of 1.4 metres. There are also plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas, and the pool itself is unseen from outside the villa. There is a private garage area and although the villa is only 800 metres from the sea, most guests would probably find it hard going to walk into town in the summer due to the hilly nature of Kalkan's topography, particularly in the hot summer months.
Due to the topography and the size of the vllas garden, it has a very high level of privacy around its pool area, and is suitable for those guests desiring a high degree of privacy , be it for religious or other reasons.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of £125 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
