Melbourne 2 Apartment (T1) is a charming property situated within a modern complex in Albufeira, boasting an excellent location between the Old Town and the New Town. Ideal for a family or a small group of friends, this apartment is close to all amenities, making it the perfect setting for a refreshing getaway in the sun.

Accommodating up to 2+2 guests, this superb apartment features a bright and airy bedroom elegantly furnished with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The spacious living/dining area includes a comfortable sofa, a television (with international channels), and a dining table with chairs for enjoying indoor meals. Sliding doors lead to an inviting balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and other appliances you may need during your stay. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator.

Outside, you'll find a welcoming communal swimming pool surrounded by ample sunbathing space. The complex also features a children’s pool and a playground, ensuring fun for the little ones.

With such a central location, all amenities are within walking distance of the apartment, including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping, and supermarkets. The nearest beaches (Inatel Beach and Alemães Beach) are less than a kilometer away.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
