Positives - location was amazing, right between Spanish steps (which you can see from the front door) and the historical centre. Very quiet once inside the courtyard. Spacious enough for four adults. Provisions were provided, such as coffee, small biscuits, olive oil etc. check in was simple and accommodated our early arrival. Negatives - the electric circuit in the accommodation couldn’t cope with using the oven and tumble dryer at the same time, It was easy to reset the fuse. There wasn’t a great amount of amenities (only a few sheets of kitchen roll, no toilet paper in the single toilet, tiny bottles of shampoo/shower gel). Whilst the unit was very sheltered from road/pedestrian noise, there was a lot of banging and loud talking from the neighbours above. Overall, the negatives were insignificant compared to the great location but it was clear that the accommodation was provided by a company, not a proud owner. It was the personal touches that were missing.

Location is good but communication is poor
The location of this property is great. You are right in central Rome but the communication with the host is basically non existent. We needed to ask about everything and hope that we would get an answer. We were double billed for the unit and sorting that took 4-5 days with the host because of the lack of communication. We were trying to be positive but you are worried that you are being scammed because of no response from he host. Apartment condition is ok. Pictures show a much more pristine condition but in reality apartment definitely needs a make over, painting the walls etc. Shower is almost impossible to operate since the controls are very very hard to turn. Also Bathroom door handle is very hard to turn which requires me opening the door every time my teenage kids use the bathroom. Overall the unit is just ok.
This unit is absolutely incredible! You simply can not beat the location. It felt like a dream being so close to Via del Corso and Rome's treasures. The host Francesca was wonderful and emailed as needed with directions and helped with the little items. Our stay was so wonderful and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend booking this unit, it truly is incredible! We are hoping to come back next time!
This is a beautiful apartment in a building that is just a few hundred meters from the Spanish Steps. (In fact, you have a great view of the Steps as soon as you leave the building’s main door.)
Even though it is down the street form the Plaza de España, the apartment is very quiet. You’d never know you were in the center of Rome once you’re inside. Well, you would know if you looked up at the ceiling, which is as impressive as the photos suggest.
There are some good restaurants nearby and you are in easy walking distance of the Pantheon neighborhood, where there are scores of great restaurants.
My wife and I enjoyed coming back to this apartment at the end of the day, after exploring Rome. The apartment had everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay in Rome, including an easy-to-use washing machine. The only thing missing, in my opinion, was a large espresso pot.
I highly recommend this flat. Valeria was a great manager. She and her staff made checking in very easy.
Great apt close to all the things we did. Elevator worked great and a big help with luggage and me at end of day after walking 20k steps all over each day. Used washing machine and dryer 1 load and all worked great. Loved comfortable living area, comfortable bed, two sinks in bathroom, roomy. Loved the bidet. The only negative is there is no place to put your shampoo, soap, razor while in shower. Easily solved, get a caddy or something. Very quiet as the door to the street lets you into a courtyard/ parking area. No street noise. From the door you can see spanish steps just down street. Close to spagna metro stop. Easy to walk to all the sites we wanted to see, short metro ride to Vatican. I highly recommend this place, it was perfect for my husband and I for our our recent 4 nights in Rome.
The property was very centrally located in the touristic part of Rome. Walking distance to most attractions. The apartment contained a lot of amenities that made it feel like home. There is a convenience store at the end of the block which made it easy to stock the fridge. The apartment is in an older building looking into an internal courtyard with no windows directly opening to the street. The windows were weirdly positioned, looking onto the balconies of adjacent apartments. But the apartment was not dark at all. The bathroom and the apartment in general was a little run down. Probably needs a fresh coat of paint and the shower once turned on was very difficult to turn off. The bathroom and kitchen were very large and comfortable. Our visit was in the winter and heating was not a problem. It didn't look like there was an AC unit for the summer. Checkin was very efficient and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice, but there is NOT air conditioning!
Really nice location and apartment. Host communication good. But having around 34 degrees it was really bad that we weren’t told in advance (then we would have found another place for sure) that the air conditioning was not present when it was highlighted in under the reservation.
Location couldn’t be more perfect. It is close to everything !
It is where the action is. Everywhere is walkable. The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet. The property manager was late at our check-in and did not respond to our phonecall when we were looking for a taxi.. would I go back and refer friends to this appartement, absolutely 😁 !
