Summary:
A beautiful luxurious 3 bedroom third floor apartment in Green Hills, El Barranco, La Zenia with communal pool, spa and gym. It is an ideal place for family holidays or golfing holidays. It is 5 minute walk to the Los Dolses cafes, bars & restaurants and supermarket. A 15 minute walk to Zenia Boulevard and Villamartin Plaza. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
You enter the complex and take the lift up to the third floor apartment. The apartment has a lounge, dining area and kitchen. From the lounge it leads out on to a glassed in balcony with seating area and dining area. In the lounge is a large corner sofa , 48" TV with Spanish channels.
There are 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe and ensuite with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed . The third has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.
The family bathroom, has a walkin shower and washing machine.
Downstairs, there is are indoor and external communal pools, sauna and gym.
Guest Access:
There is lift access up to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is a short walk to many restaurants, bars and shops in the area.
Zenia Boulevard is approx. 15 minute walk away and the nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away. There are many beaches along the Orihuela Costa.
Getting Around:
A car is an advantage to see the surrounding areas and there is a parking space below.
There are buses nearby to Torrevieja, Alicante, Cartagena and Murcia.
Other Things to Note:
El Baranco is a relatively new development designed to make an ideal base for the family with a great communal pool less than a minutes walk away. Numerous “Blue Flag” beaches are just 5-10 mins drive, Go-Karts 10 mins drive and a water park at Torrevieja within 15 mins drive. Car hire is recommended, but not essential.
For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is 11:00.
Please be aware that any arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a late meet and greet fee of 35€ which is paid locally upon arrival.
