Nous avons fait la réservation de cet appartement en avril! Nous avons payé par carte de crédit et nous avons reçu des confirmations. nous sommes arrivées sur place pour le check-in cependant personne n’était là! Nous avons tenté de joindre la personne responsable pendant une heure. Nous l’avons finalement contacté par Watsapp et en lui demandant où il était! Il nous a répondu et nous a dit que l’appartement était indisponible deux heures après le chek-on! c’est inadmissible. pas d’excuses pas d’explications et nous avons tjrs pas reçu en retour notre paiement! Nous attendons donc des dédommagements ou au moins des explications!
