There is free Wi-Fi, as well as linen, towels and toiletries provided at the beginning of your stay.

The Space:
The modern interior has been finished to a high standard and features stylish furnishings and contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout. The floor to ceiling windows give way to plenty of natural sunlight highlighting the flats decor. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, dining table and a very comfortable sofa and TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedroom features a full length window, storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
