The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bath-shower rooms, a large cosy living room with office corner, a separate kitchen and storage. From the splendid garden with 2 large pools, you have direct access to a quite beach and a seaside promenade, ideal for enjoyable strolls, longer walks or biking tours. It is only a 10 min walk to Estepona's port. You will find this peaceful apartment is a perfect place for golfing, sightseeing in Andalusia and relaxing in good weather. We can advise you where the nice places are.

Estadia tranquila, bom tempo, a repetir

A casa corresponde ao anúncio. Limpa, bom gosto na decoração, muito bem equipada com tudo muito bem conservado. Não faltava nada e tudo funcionava bem. Desde o ar condicionado ao Wi-Fi que são aspectos que valorizamos bastante. Muito espaçosa e com uma varanda fabulosa.

Genoten van het huis en de omgeving

Het appartement is heerlijk schoon en overzichtelijk ingericht. genoeg ruimte voor ons als gezin met twee tieners, ieder lekker zijn eigen plek. de communicatie met Stefanie verliep heel soepel, we hebben nog leuke tips over de buurt gekregen. de omgeving is heerlijk rustig en alles is heel goed onderhouden, ziet er gewoon allemaal top uit. je kan recht voor de deur zo het strand op lopen, echt liggen hebben wij daar niet gedaan maar dat komt omdat we graag op een bedje lliggen en die zijn er een stuk verder wel te vinden, even een wandeling maar dat vonden wij helemaal niet erg! Er zijn ook electrische steps die je kunt pakken ( met een app) dus als we geen zin hadden om te lopen was dat altijd nog een optie. Estepona is iets meer dan een half uur lopen, prima te doen maar alles is ook goed bereikbaar per auto, je hebt garages waar je makkelijk kunt parkeren. Al met al hebben wij dus genoten van het huis en de omgeving. we zouden hier zeker nog eens teug naartoe willen gaan.

lovely spacious apartment and huge terrace - shame about the ants!

The apartment is very much as described in the listing and is very spacious and well equipped. The pools are fantastic (except only open from 11am), its right by the beach too and walking distance to the main popular beach. however it is not 10mins walk to the port as described it is more like 20-25mins and approx 40mins to walk into Estepona old town. Or a 5-10mins taxi. The terrace is very large with a great view of the sea and also well equipped except it was infested with ants! There were LOADS of ants coming up through cracks in the tiles and one afternoon i fell asleep on the sunbed and woke up with my legs literally covered in ants and all over the sunbed too, it was disgusting!! I messaged the lady who checked us in but she didn't even respond let alone do anything about it. Such a shame about the ant problem (which were also inside the apartment but not as bad), otherwise i would recommend it. But I would not return because of this.

Lovely view

Lovely clean apartment with an amazing sea view and spacious terrace. Host was fast to answer any questions we had and checkin was easy. The urbanisation has Immaculate gardens around the pool and is approximately 40 min walk from Estepona old town or 10 min taxi ride. Would love to return.
