A rural idyll in an exciting nature area. A house in a former farm that has been completely renovated with charm and quality. A large plot with proximity to several nice fishing lakes and a nature that is rich in game of various kinds, including the king of the forest, the moose. A strawberry place for nature lovers, fishermen and trail finders. From the entrance you enter the living room of the house with comfortable seating, a modern TV with Swedish channels, chromecast and free wifi. To the right is a generous kitchen with all equipment and a cast iron stove. There is also a dining area and a beautiful and a warming cast iron stove. The white tiled stove in the living room has a fire ban. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom is modern, tiled with shower. The laundry room has both a washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a very cozy living room, which will be the children's and family's playhouse. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and an open sleeping loft with lower ceilings and two beds that can be used as extra beds. A short distance away is a dug small lake which in the long run will be a swimming lake with a pontoon bridge. A few hundred meters away, the owners have several crayfish ponds and here is a glazed barbecue area, a very cozy place to enjoy a barbecue evening. The place is booked directly by the owner on site. The area is rich in fishing lakes. You can rent a boat from the owners and choose which lake you want to fish in (Askakasjön or Örsjön), fishing license required. In Askakasjön there is also a nice municipal bathing area with jetty, barbecue area and toilet. A short drive away is Lake Bolmen. Here is everything for those interested in fishing. Boat rental, rich in different fish species, opportunity to rent a boat and to book trolling fishing. There is also a very nice fish restaurant and farm shop. Do you like peace and quiet? Do you like the company of the breeze of the wind and the rays of the sun through the greenery of the forest? Grass underfoot and a path to walk on? Then you will surely enjoy Årshultsmyren, a nature reserve west of Ljungby by Kränkeboda. Another exciting excursion destination in Sagobygden is Hunnsberget. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Rydö Golf Club, about 16km away.
