Two-room apartment (5 people) - Le Residenze del Golfo di Orosei

The apartment is located within the Residences of the Gulf of Orosei, situated in the picturesque center of Orosei.

The one-bedroom apartment includes: living room with two single beds and equipped kitchenette, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower. Inside you will find all the comforts you need to feel at home: air conditioning, washing machine, TV, kitchenette equipped with dishes, cutlery, oven and microwave oven, hair dryer, covered and equipped patio or veranda.

For any needs you can go to the reception office at Hotel Maria Rosaria, which will be open daily.
Check-in is available daily from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 am.
Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance. Failure to notify does not guarantee reception and an additional fee of € 50.00 may be charged. For arrivals over 8:00 pm we require the guest's phone number.

Your stay includes: electricity, water and gas, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, one supply of bed and bath linens per week, use of the swimming pool (09:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00) with solarium equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas at Hotel Maria Rosaria (distance: 220 meters).

Upon your arrival, you will have to pay some obligatory costs:
DEPOSIT: € 150.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.
CITY TAX: to be paid in cash, compulsory at the town of Orosei. The amount may vary depending on the period.

Four-legged friends (max 10 kg) are allowed in our facility. Their access is not allowed in the common areas. There is an extra cleaning fee of € 30.00 for their stay.

We remind you that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to deliver waste, a penalty fee will be charged.
