Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor double, a double and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, and a enclosed rear garden with furniture. Ty Barcud offers a quaint base to explore historic towns and landscapes of Wales. Note: This property can not accept children including Infants. Amenities: Owned by dog lovers - Two well-behaved small or medium sized dogs, or one large dog welcome. Sorry, no giant breeds (over 45kg) please. We only accept fully house-trained dogs that are well socialised and non-reactive around humans and other dogs. All dogs must be insured and have regular flea treatment. We do not accept aggressive or destructive dogs, or dogs that have ‘issues’ with other dogs or people.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars accessed via private tree-lined driveway. Enclosed private rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Shop & pub 3.3 miles. Note: Eaves in first-floor bedroom have limited headroom over the beds - (max. 6' 3" at apex). Guests are welcome to use this bedroom, on the understanding that this room has a low ceiling towards the eaves. Having a twin room, along with two doubles provides ideal accommodation for groups of 3 or 4 persons who each require their own bed. This property can be booked with property Ref: 1089052, sleeping a total of 6 guests. Note: The stairs are curved and narrower than a conventional staircase, with a width of 55cm; therefore, the upstairs twin room may not be suitable for larger or less mobile persons.
