A stunning two bedroom stable conversion situated on the heart of Gammaton Moor, with breath-taking views of the rolling Devon hills and a Dartmoor back drop. The stables are securely fenced off with 100 sq mtr of lawn and 100 sq of patio meaning it is an excellent place for both children and dogs to play safely. Enjoy an outdoor dining pavilion on the patio and try your hand on the masterclass Weber BBQ, with all the accessories for your dining needs (pizza stone, steak griddle, and beer can poultry roaster). It’s an excellent place to relax and spend time with friends and family. You can also relax in the hot tub on a private raised patio area, looking out over Huntshaw Woods, home of the relics of Berry Castle and a host of great woodland walks.

What a lovely place to stay. It was calm and peaceful and we would recommend this property to anyone whos visiting Devon. Thank you for letting us stay.
Stunning views with many added extras such as Sky tv, Dyson fan, GHD hairdryers etc. Setting was ideal for us visiting family close by in Barnstaple. The only two issues we encountered were 1) the property had lovely wooden solid gates to enter but as our dog is quite small she could easily get underneath them so we had to ensure we went outside with her at all times so garden not 100% dog proof for little dogs 2)the hot tub was warm and ready for us to use but it did seem to have quite a scum line all around which we've never encountered in any other hot tub weve had when staying in self catering accomodation. We still used it but perhaps the cleaning of the hot tub coild be looked into. All in all though nice relaxing stay and would recommend as a good base for anyone wanting to visiting the stunning beaches in the area (our dog particularly liked Westward Ho!).
Clean, comfortable and nice peaceful location. Grab rails for the elderly would have been good for the shower and hot tub. Overall a lovely place to stay.
