Excellently apartment upstairs unit at The Deauville Complex. Overlooks the main pool and is in the best location. There is an onsite gym and hot tub. it's an easy walk to all Palm Springs has to offer.
There are stairs and it is an upper unit so it's quiet. But does require mobility.

I am American but live in the UK now. This is my home and I have owned it since 1997. There have been constant upgrades and I only rent it for 4 months a year.
Why they chose this property
The location is amazing and I park my car and walk everywhere. You are surrounded by bars and restaurants. The casino is right behind the property.
