The ground floor of this villa features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable corner sofa, and a spacious 55 smart TV with access to a Netflix account. On this level, there is one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be conveniently converted into a Queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) and comes with an en-suite bathroom.
Moving to the first floor, you'll find another bedroom with a double bed and a modern en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the villa boasts a 25-square-meter private swimming pool, a well-maintained lawn garden, and a patio area. Sunbeds and various outdoor furniture provide the perfect setting for relaxation. Additionally, a dedicated parking space is provided for your convenience.
