Lavender Lodge is a delightful, single-storey holiday home resting in Saltburn-by-the-Sea sleeping two people in one bedroom.
Set across one floor and hosting one double bedroom, along with a shower room, open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, as well as a utility cupboard housing a freezer and washing machine. The kitchen contains an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a fridge. For entertainment, guests are provided with two TVs and WiFi. Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed balcony with furniture. The central heating is powered by Calor Gas and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. One well-behaved dog is welcome, however please ensure pets are supervised at all times. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop within 1.3 miles and a pub within 0.1 miles. Lavender Lodge makes a wonderful escape for a couple looking to getaway from it all.

Note: Rushpool Hall is a private residence and not open to the public. Note: The owner only accepts a minimum of a 3-night stay. Note: There are steps leading up to the property, please take care. Electric vehicles must not be charged up via the Lodge sockets, there is a charging station located less than 1/2 mile away. Please note: As of 14-09-2022 we will no longer be able to accept a Sunday check in day, any booking that is booked after this date that checks in on a Sunday will be subject to cancellation.
