The apartment is a 60m2 (650ft2) apartment, centrally located, combining a spacious living room, dining room area and open fully equipped kitchen, as well as one spacious bedroom (king size bed) and its bathroom. Our hot summers will be enjoyable thanks to the AC across the property, while in winter our central heating will keep you warm and cosy.

Why they chose this property

The AC gecko apartment is on the second and top floor of a 18th century hotel particulier, with high ceilings and oak hardwood floor, South-oriented, recently fully renovated to respect the antic stones, nurture comfort, serenity and a blissful stay. Access is facilitated by a large and easy staircase.
It is uniquely located in l'Hauture exclusive neighbourhood, at the heart of the historic centre, a few stones away from the Amphiteater, the Antic Theater, the townhall, all museums and roman monuments, and lively Place du Forum.

L’appartement gecko est situé au second et dernier étage d’un hotel particulier du 18ième siècle. L’accès se fait par un large et agréable escalier. Il a été récemment rénové dans un souci de respect des pierres anciennes, de confort, de sérénité et de charme. Il est climatisé. La literie est d’hôtellerie de luxe.
