Excellent location, great host and nice clean apartment
We were two couples 60+ each having our own room and bathroom. The location was excellent, a block away from the metro station. Restaurants and shops were available on the same street. The apartment was clean, well organized and serviced. Manuela and Renato were always very friendly and helpful to assist with our needs. We highly recommend this place.

Central to most places.
Bedding quality and comfort was below expectation. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable and pillows so thin they were useless. Need better. Lounge seating not comfortable even with assistance of additional support pillows. A strange overpowering odour from a storage cabinet permeated throughout the apartment and the source could not be identified. Had to leave windows open most of the time. Unfortunately once the place was locked up this odour covered the whole place. Hard to ignore. Needs concerted effort to address. Close to transport and eateries. Very good host and reception processes. A very good place to stay when comfort and odour issues are corrected. If you ignore issues it’s a reasonable place overall.
