Hi, my name is Kylie. I've just refurbished an apartment and thought it would be a lovely idea to welcome people into our beautiful historic small town by opening my holiday apartment to the public. I've not got any reviews yet but don't let that worry you! I'm new to all this so just want to make people feel at home. I also realise how important it is to have your own privacy. This is why I have a key safe on the front of the apartment, you can arrive when you want and not have to talk to a single person. Although, very importantly, I am here to help with anything should you need it.

Why they chose this property

We are located in the heart of the town so you can walk everywhere you want.
If you want to drive, we are roughly a 15 minute drive from crealy adventure park, half an hour from Exeter, 10 minutes from the coast and roughly 45 minutes from the beautiful dartmoor. There are lots of walks on our doorstep and the jurassic coast is close by for all those fossil hunters out there! Exmouth with its sandy beach is only half an hour drive and within a 10 minute drive is the market town of Honiton famous for its antiques.

What makes this property unique

We have a king size bed with smart TV with Netflix and the second bedroom has either two single beds or a double (whatever your preference) and this room also has a TV with Netflix. The sitting room has a cosy sofa with TV with Netflix and the kitchen has everything you would need apart from your shopping!
