The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guest with the bright living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker hob, dish washer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, coffe machine and toaster.
The living room overlooks the private covered patio provided with table and chairs for outdoor relaxing moments and the private garden.

The apartment continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom with shower, wash basin, WC, and bidet and the second bedroom with a bunk bed complete the layout of this comfortable apartment for relaxing holiday at Lake Garda!

Guests will benefit of the air conditioning in both the living room and the master bedroom, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

*Common pool is available from 1st May to 30th September. Swimming cap is required.
*Guests can easily park one car in the private garage within the Residence Le Corti Caterina (measurements: 2.40 x 5.40m height 2.15m).

The residential complex "Le Corti Caterina", which stands out for its high quality architecture, boasts shared lush gardens and a pool available from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Swimming cap is required.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
