Brancepeth is a remarkable, semi-detached cottage resting on a farm in Wolsingham, Durham and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Three bedrooms: one double with TV, one twin and one bunk, along with a bathroom, cloakroom and open-plan living space hosting a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and woodburning stove. To the rear of the property is a garden with a private patio hosting a hot tub and furniture that leads out to a shared, sloping lawn; ample off-road parking can also be found on the farm. The property enjoys ground-source underfloor heating with a woodburning stove. The kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are also two TVs with Freeview, a DVD Player and WiFi in the cottage. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available for infants. This property is pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The shop is situated 0.9 miles from the cottage, whilst the pub is 1.4 miles away. The property enjoys access to on-site facilities within the 60-acre grounds, such as: communal indoor swimming pool, communal games room and a large fishing lake. Please be aware that there are steps within the grounds and that the shared lawn is sloping. Linen will not be provided for the travel cot, please consider this when booking.
