Perfect location for dining and shopping. Very walkable at night with many evening activities close by. If you go to bed early or a light sleeper it may not be the perfect location. Apartment is spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nice living area and kitchen. Patio is great to sit outside and relax
Beautiful apartment in central Trastevere. Apartment has an amazing outdoor terrace. Other reviews mentioned it was loud at night. It was quite loud at night up until about 4 am as there is a lot of nightlife in Trastevere.
The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood close to shops and restaurants within close walking proximity. Building is clean and quiet, neighborhood is vibrant. Within walking distance to all tourist sites. The information booklet left in the apartment was very helpful for our stay. Toilet paper would have been appreciated.
We stayed here two adults and one toddler. Great communication at check in and easy process to get into the apartment. Also gave great recommendations for food as well. The neighborhood is incredible but as other reviewers have said, it can be noisy. It did not bother us at all and we loved being steps away from all the great food and shops. Air conditioning is great and very bright clean space. The beds were extremely hard though, and there was no soap in the bathrooms to wash hands or detergent for the washer. While not a huge deal, these small touches could go a long way to make it feel luxuruous and easy to relax in a home away from home.
Overall property is well located, spacious, great terrazzo. Several restaurants next to the building and outside bedroom windows make it very loud all night. Know what you’re getting into. Also if planning a multi day stay you’ll need to supply your own toilet paper.
I want to be very clear. We absolutely loved our stay here. And this place is clean and beautiful and wonderful. It’s located in a fabulous part of town and close to everything.
However if you are a light sleeper, it is very hard to sleep in this place, the restaurants stay open late down below and the weight staff stays up way after hours until 4 AM (every night) talking and partying and cleaning. You can hear every word.
I would still stay here again with my sound machine. But just be warned it is very loud
The apartment is in the heart of Travestere with restaurants, cafes, bars, and stores galore. It is a lively place and terrifically convenient. The apartment is also an immaculate place to relax from daily excursions throughout Rome and between delicious Italian meals. The living room is large and airy and adjacent to the full service kitchen and a lovely rooftop patio. The bedrooms are also spacious and the bathrooms clean. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The manager of the property was also very accessible and accommodating (even coordinating car pick up at the airport on our arrival). We received emails arranging to meet at the apartment in advance and text messages as we waited at baggage claim. All in all, a terrific place to stay.
Four adults had a two-week stay. Everything as expected. The terrace was a delight as the weather was glorious. Neighborhood lively till late at night, which makes the bedrooms facing the street and sitting over a restaurant quite noisy—this was anticipated; the living/dining area and terrace much quieter. Wonderful cross ventilation and natural light. Left some suggestions to add some kitchen ware to facilitate home cooking. All in all, just as expected and responsive management. Highly recommend if being in the thick of things is for you! We truly enjoyed.

This is a really nice well-kept two bedroom apartment with a nice living area, terrace and two bathrooms.
It is located in a lively area with restaurants, bars, and shops.
The two things you should know about this property, neither, which is the owners fault, is that first of all, as I just mentioned, it is a lively area, and it was noisy LATE into the night, if you are a light sleeper (like my wife) or you like to turn in early this may be a problem. The other thing is that street is not always accessible by car so if you come taxi you will be dropped off a little distance away and will have to roll luggage over cobblestones. Was not an issue for us but may be for others.

Nice place but noisy and poor communications
The apartment was in a nice location and relatively well kept and I would recommend it with the understanding that it is VERY noisy at night. This is not the owners fault of course but the noise level from people in the area (restaurants, bars, etc.) is very high and can go on until 2-3am every night (even weekdays). I'm not sure if this can be fixed by improved or sound proof windows in the bedrooms, but it should be looked into. Other reviewers recommended ear plugs but they did not work for us, the noise levels were toohigh. Communication was very poor, prior to our arrival I messaged them several times with basic questions about the place but got nothing but crickets. There was someone there to help us with check in on arrival date which was helpful and appreciated. The apartment was not cleaned very well, floors were dirty. Pillows were very low quality (no cushion at all) Beds very stiff and dishwasher had issues (they said to contact them before using it so they could explain the issues). But there was a 25 Euro penalty if we left any dirty dishes...pretty funny really. Overall I give a 4 star rating, has alot of potential but owners need to make a few minor investments to bring it up to par and communication needs alot to be desired.
We loved our stay! The appartement was spotless and highly functional. The location is phenomenal, right in the heart of the restaurants! The balcony is wonderful. I would return in a heartbeat!

Trastevere treat
This flat is in a superb location with excellent amenities. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The photos are true to what is on offer. Honestly, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Rome but not a hotel, should look at this place.
On the topic of communicating with the managers, I did have some questions about our bill with the Clean BnB people which are a third party property manager for the property. There are 5 lines of “taxes” plus an “additional guest” tax (which we only had four staying there) and then there was the Rome tourist tax. We wanted to know more about the “taxes” on our bill. Our phone calls and emails were never answered. We went through VRBO and Clean BnB with no joy. In the end, we just started saying…”when in Rome…” (fill in the blank). No one was ever rude to us, in fact, they were kind and happy but no one answered our questions.
Like I said above, the property was great and I would recommend, but do remember you are staying in the heart of Trastevere which has cafes and restaurants and people all night long. Therefore, a quiet sleep was only possible with ear plugs. Pack some.
We stayed from Sunday to Saturday and had a super time in Rome. We couldn’t have imagined staying anywhere else.
